FBI form 302 is used by FBI agents to summarize the interviews that they conduct. It contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the agent. Typically one agent asks the questions, the other takes notes.

If the witness had a lawyer present and/or someone taking notes they could be verified. If not, nothing would prevent agents acting together from falsifying the form.

You mean like Comey and his memos? Comey was absolutely sure he had the President on obstruction in regard to the mentioning of Flynn.

I'd say the President already knew the coup was going on....even way back then...before the special council.
