Pence was part of the House leadership of Boehner, Cantor, Ryan and McCarthy.
I don’t trust him, either.

With that info, Pence didn’t have much choice at the time...the “wait and see” would have not clarified totally until the Mueller witchport came out.

Pence is a follower, not a leader.
An honest man but in the world we live in, he needs to be far less trusting.
