Giuliani: Nadler should have access to 'everything' in Mueller report
The Hill ^ | April 7, 2019 | ZACK BUDRYK

Posted on 04/07/2019 11:00:27 AM PDT by be-baw

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said Sunday that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) should “get all the information” from special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Nadler should have access to “everything,” including grand jury material, Giuliani said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

“Except for little quibbles, I'm not worried about the report at all,” Giuliani added.

Giuliani also said that while Trump “can’t waive all executive privilege,” the president's team is eager to disclose as much information as legally possible.

“[Attorney General William Barr] has said he’s going to put up the maximum amount of information possible,” Giuliani said. “The only thing that will stop him will be legal barriers.”

Giuliani also hit back at Nadler's claim earlier Sunday that Barr was biased in favor of Trump, saying Nadler “prejudged this case a year ago.”

Nadler, Giuliani said, “was overheard on Amtrak talking about impeachment well before the report came out.”

Giuliani also dismissed claims by members of Mueller’s team that Barr’s four-page summary of Mueller’s findings misrepresented the results of the probe, saying that if the report contained damaging information, Mueller’s team would have provided specific details.

He also suggested sources within Mueller’s office had tipped off CNN about the FBI’s raid on Trump adviser Roger Stone’s home in February.

I’m guessing Giuliani knows what’s in the report.

Well, consider.

When the Mueller Report is leaked - and there is no doubt that it WILL BE “leaked” to a screaming media - then if only Nadler-Pelosi-Schumer-and their House Injustice Committee members are the only ones to have it, it will be clear who to charge with the leaks.

Although the President would have the right to assert privilege over certain parts of the report, he has stated publicly that he intends to defer to me and, accordingly, there are no plans to submit the report to the White House for a privilege review.

What Rudy and others representing Trump should be repeating over and over agai : The Waddler is a dishonest, lying so-called attorney who absolutely defended Billy Jeff Rapist and all of his misconduct before and during his presidency.

The Rapist committed perjury, subornation of perjury and obstruction of justice (in addition to being a serial sexual harasser/assaults). He was impeached, disbarred, held in contempt of court and fined. Still, that disgusting fat slob The Waddler defended The Rapist, condemning the Starr Report, not wanting the Starr Report released.

It is nauseating and OUTRAGEOUS for The Waddler to talk about “the rule of law, “ —that fat b@st@rd, is a lying, crooked, morbidly obese partisan hack, period.

Giuliani knows the raw data that pertains to candidate and presidential activity, but he doesn’t know the extent to which team Mueller has mis-represnted the evidence, for example by cherry picking remarks out of context and ignoring exculpatory evidence.

Mueller and Weissman are experienced at taking inncoent activities and literally turning them into crimes.

Everyone on the Left is screaming for the report to be released in its entirety.

So what does Trump do. He releases the report in its entirety and it'll show the real Russian collusion by the Obamas and Clintons.

It's like watching a cat play with a trapped rat, what Trump is doing here.

President Trump on releasing the Mueller Report: 'Up to the attorney general, wouldn't bother me at all,' Trump said, referring to a public release. Trump also said he isn't thinking about pardoning anyone sentenced during the probe."

Trump says release of Mueller report 'wouldn't bother' him at all

I’m guessing that Giuliani is TOTALLY SURE that those “legal Barriers” that he mentioned are SOLID.

Why should that Munchkin, Nadler, get to see anything that is classified. It would be like letting Jim Acosta see it.

And it will be the usual routine by the RATS: they'll have a young flunky do it whom they hired a few months ago specifically to be the designated leaker so they can claim it wasn't any of them. They'll say the leaker is just an overeager new staffer who was let go as soon as they realized what had been done.

It's big enough now, and it's not even disguised, there's a homemade wooden sign "Here's the Trap" with the letter p painted on there backwards and some tipped-off CNN reporters sitting in lawn chairs right next to it with their cameras ready. :^)

Thanks, Sunken...that´s my feeling too. The Dems should be careful what they wish for.

There will be more Dem names in this than GOP names, includingTrump.

I think one of the reasons Mueller dragged it out so long was that he realized that it was going to be very damaging to the Dems, and he hoped he could diffuse the issue. I think he hated Trump but was honest (if only because he was scared of the repercussions) and his only way to defend the insanely corrupt Dems and the Obama administration that was behind all of this was to delay.

So if the Dems put this in the spotlight now, they´re not going to like the result.
