Not that I care, unless I was a lodging or restaurant owner, that CA keeps their gov’t minions from travelling to some places, but how does this NOT interfere with interstate commerce?

Good for you. I’m 57y/o and I’ve in California San Jose to be exact) pretty much all my life. I’m about a 40 min drive from San Francisco and can honestly say I haven’t stepped foot there in about 32 yrs for the reason being it’s a cesspool of liberal and homelessness filth.

Right, no internal combustion engines because the propeller is wind powered. A strong head wind pushes against the propeller to make it spin, which drives the train into the wind. When there’s no wind, the solar panels on the blades of the propeller causes it to spin.

The only reason I will set foot in California again is to visit my father in Riverside National Cemetery.

The law also forbids public colleges from participating in events on the no-travel list, although athletic programs have continued to attend games they’ve scheduled and other post-season events in states subject to the ban.

The teams need to be heavily fined and denied entrance to the stadiums. This will stop when alumni start missing out on bowl games.

Let me clarify when you see State of California on anything. It’s not all the people of California; it’s the Marxist Liberal feces in the governor’s office and Assembly who got in via voter fraud. And, while they got in via voter fraud, there was not one peep out of the Republicans either in CA or at the RNC. Five Republicans lost in Orange County via ballot harvesting and not one word out of the spineless, gutless Republicans who are out looking for their gonads with both hands and a mirror. NADA found.

The same goes for the states of Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Virginia, and the list goes on. Not all the citizens of those states are Marxist Liberals either. Soon there will be no where to run! As Rush says, they have to be defeated and exposed for their corruption.

How can Alabama get on this list?

That would be a true badge of honor.
