Sen. Mike Lee didnt quite bring a snowball onto the Senate floor. But the Utah Republicans prop-filled speech Tuesday mocking the proposed Green New Deal resolution on addressing climate change elicited similar incredulous reactions from Democrats.
Lees speech in which the conservative Mormon argued, seemingly genuinely, that the real solution to climate change was to have more children included a dramatic portrait of former President Ronald Reagan firing a machine gun while on the back of a velociraptor, photos of Star Wars characters and Aquaman, and frames from the sci-fi disaster movie Sharknado.

They hate to be mocked.
If Dems hated it, then it must have been an excellent, convincing speech.
Weird Boston hallucinations (but I guess that’s redundant).
If Dems LOVE the Green New Deal they should have voted YES on it, instead they all voted NO, because they know what an absolute DISASTER it would have been for them to do so
Interesting that they had to throw in his religion on a matter that has nothing to do with religion.
Unserious proposals deserve an unserious response.
Do you know how many times Ive had comments removed from newspaper websites because I use progressive tactics and arguments against them?
Yeah. Alinsky’s tactics suck when you’re on the receiving end.
I thought all the Dems (but for 2 or 3) voted Present.
Markey ought to be slowly roasting on a spit in Papua New Guinea.

They keep misspelling his name: It should be spelled Malarkey
As he is full of it.
Trump will still be able to hang it around their neck in fall 2020.
Cool 13 minute clip of Mike Lee. And Ted Cruz presiding over the Senate.
Markey, cosponsor of Green New Deal bill didn’t even have the nads to vote yes but just voted present.
Are they pretending to care about shame for a newscycle?
What is “ climate change”? How do we measure it in quantifiable terms? What year is the base line? What definable criteria do we measure or is it all just religious orthodox bull shit designed to take your freedom— take your life style and take your stuff? I think the latter.
