The thing about Bobo, you could go after his henchwomen, but if you bring him before a grand jury, (a) he would not plead the 5th but rather invoke Executive Privilege-after-office, a never-completely-court-tested Constitutional fiat that our conservative SCOTUS majority would almost certainly uphold; and (b) Biden would simultaneously weave an exculpatory tale while ineptly gigging the Amish "look what they doin' to your saviour!".
But maybe that's not a bad strategy if you want to run against Biden. Tactically, you want a weakened Biden to scrape through the primaries so that the 'progressives' force one of the Moochelles (Karamela or Aunt JemAbrams) on him as his VP candidate.

FWIW Joe diGenova was on one of the Fox shows last night and made it a point to state that he had talked to folks at the WH and as of last night at around 9-ish they were already planning declassification of the FISA docs.

Anyone really thing Barr will launch investigations just because Trump wants him to? Who is left to do the investigating? Fox News? National Enquirer?
