If he wants to claim he didn’t, why didn’t he got back to the FISA court, admit what he found out, and urge the court to take action against the people who participated in the fraud?
At this point, he’s as guilty as anyone.

I have no respect for Dershowitz because it is possible to be smart or talent or hold good political opinions and still have sex with underaged kids. For me, the latter trumps the former.
