A female high school student in Pennsylvania has filed a federal civil rights complaint about being forced to share a locker room with a transgender biological male student, stating she felt violated when she was changing her clothes and he was looking at me.
According to WNEP-TV, attorneys for the Honesdale High School student say that the incident occurred earlier during the current school year. The complaint was filed last week with the U.S. Department of Educations Civil Rights Division.
The student claims that her privacy was violated and that she was summarily subjected to sexual harassment over having to share a locker room with the transgender student.

Good for her and her lawyer. This is even better than a lawsuit because the Fed. DOE has the public school system by the short hairs. If Big Momma Betsy says, “Pervs, keepa yo hands offa my girls,” the schools will have to enforce her orders or spend their own money going to court to fight the Fed. DOE, a very hard thing to do.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Its the demonic imperative: OVERLOAD THE SYSTEM.

Born females are the lowest on the victim pyramid.
It is all popcorn for me. I feel sorry for people with daughters out there since restrooms, showers and the like can be invaded by trannies.
Democrats are evil scum.
Finally a use for Mean Girls. They should beat his (yes HIS) ass with field hockey and lacrosse sticks.
His ‘natural’ response in a locker room full of naked women would kick in of course....no matter what he wants to call himself. The difference is only that he would then look to “meet up” with another male who is also looking for relief for the same reason.
GREAT VISUAL!! My response to this self-designation crap when Obola first supported it was, “OK, asswipe (please accept my apologies for insulting used toilet paper in this comparison to Obola), if you really believe it, put your worthless life where your mouth is, self-designate yourself as an American Eagle, climb to the top of the Washington Monument, screech, flap your arms like wings, jump off, try to fly to the ground and make a safe landing.
20 years ago while homosexuality was being normalized, I predicted this exact outcome.
These freaks are into licking toilet seats now.....bunch of sexual deviants who have zero control.
All women sports will be taken over by men. Few are worth watching so no great loss (just leave beach volleyball alone).
She’ll end getting charged with a hate crime. She DID use the wrong pronoun when referring to “it” as “He”.
bkmk
That lesbian tennis star getting raked over the coals for criticizing the many men winning women’s sporting events is proof that transgender trumps female AND female homosexual in the social justice stack.
The big lie of “equality”.
19th Amendment:
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."
This issue is also outside constitutional lawmakers intentions for 4th Amendment privacy protections imo.
"4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
"The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary, as distinguished from technical, meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition [emphasis added]. United States v. Sprague, 1931.
So by going to the federal courts for protection, even if conservative judges protected constitutionally non-enumerated privacy rights by deciding in the girls favor, they would be unconstitutionally expanding the already unconstitutionally big federal governments powers imo.
On the other hand, if legal majority Pennsylvania voters agree that the girl has 10th Amendment or common law privacy protections which activist, pro-LGBT state actors refuse to respect, then the feds can intervene on the girls behalf, the state failing to maintain a constitutionally guaranteed republican form of government imo.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
H O W E V E R
We are still stuck with a worthless, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress, career federal lawmakers predictably ignoring this probably all to common situation instead of risking losing reelection votes as a consequence of doing their duty to guarantee each state a republican form of government. So all patriots in the nation must come to the girls rescue by doing the following.
Patriots in all states need to support PDJT by not only electing a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will promise to support his vision for MAGA, but will also promise to enforce privacy in states where legal majority voters demand privacy.
Corrections, insights welcome.
Don’t worry, I’m he/she/it???, wasn’t looking at you like “that”, but just trying to get some pointers/ideas for their new image.
