I must admit that surprises me.
Someone ought to collect money to put up billboards saying:
“Pat Toomey once again voted to keep High Unemployment in the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre Central Pennsylvania region & flood it with opioids!”
It's an indictment on both of them. Of course we know McConnell doesn't care so he's worthless on an issue like this.
This is Trump's signature issue and he failed to persuade and build a coalition on the wall. Trump is great but he is a one-man show.

Never go soft based on one or two atypical votes, since pols get permission to make them, if they are not pivotal, to mollify their bases.
I hope you are right. Rubio proves once again he is Hispanic first and American second. As to the others, they are the usual names, most Rhinos and weak spined people. Their argument about separation of powers is just a cover for their lack of spine and support for this President.
