Democratic representative Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) has gotten behind a push from anti-Israel faculty members at a small private California university to end its study abroad partnership with an Israeli university.
The move by faculty members at Pitzer College aims to suspend its study abroad program to University of Haifa in Israel until their demands are met by the Israeli government. Leading the charge is Professor Daniel Segal, an anthropology and history professor, who announced through his Twitter account that Tlaib was his movement's newest backer.

Yet, because the Democrats of the House of Representatives could not bring themselves to condemn the first wave of anti-Semitic sentiment that came from Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib gets to launch into her own spew, with little likelihood of EVER getting pushback from the Democrat leadership in the House.

I wonder if there are any strong black candidates who might challenge her in the next primary. The only minority group she seems to be fixated on is the muzzies, yet she represents Detroit and 4 or 5 black suburbs, plus a couple of predominantly white suburbs. She apparently represents East Dearborn, too, but I don’t see that as being enough of a Muslim population to sustain her. The DNC will probably threaten any black who dares to usurp her, though.
I always thought withholding something, or someone, to get what you want prior to release was considered a terrorist activity at this level and with no authority to do so like a parent/child relationship. But this is consistent with the practices of Dan Segal from Pitzer College who is a lecturing socialist educated from the University of Chicago. Strange how that city seems to come up so often since it is tied in with the Obamas, the Clintons, and organizations like weather underground.
