At the core of their frustrations is a belief that Clinton beat Sanders fair and square and that Sanders was a sore loser. These attacks are their way of warning the American public it could happen again, leaving a divided Democratic party in the general election against Trump.
I think we are all just scarred by 2016 at large and would like to prevent that again, one former Clinton staffer said of former aides attacks against Sanders.
These former Clinton aides arent tearing apart Sanderss current policy agenda (probably because most major Democratic candidates have essentially adopted it). Theyre just saying, heres a bunch of dirt we had and we would like Sanders to have to deal with if hes going to run again.
Im not necessarily an anti-Bernie guy, especially not when it comes to his policies, another ex-Clinton staffer, who worked on her campaigns research team, said. But he has this self-righteous attitude to himself. If you are not with him you are against him, and I think we are seeing that kind of behavior in the White House, to be honest. And that style is not what we need.

“But he has this self-righteous attitude to himself. If you are not with him you are against him, “
ROTFLOL!
The Clintons themselves practically invented that attitude ...
“is a belief that Clinton beat Sanders fair and square”
Hahaha. There was nothing fair in the Clinton DNC rigging in the primaries.
Sanders might have beat Trump.
And I supported Trump since before he even announced as a candidate.
Sanders would have kept a LOT of democrats which did not support Clinton.
I think Trump would beat Sanders this time. Maybe.
IF Trump acts against the massive border-crossing problem which he has done nothing on yet, and if he actually does something about China’s trade scam.
The thing is, he has not yet done either.
Which worries me, just a bit.
Does this mean Hillary is running again?
Yeah, nothing I’ve seen in HRC indicates to me that she’s a sore loser. /s
He wouldn't have done as well in the affluent suburbs. And in the key swing states some Democrats who defected to Trump because they didn't want to vote for Hillary, might just have stayed home, rather than vote for a self-described socialist.
Looks like they’re not going to bother mentioning that Donna Brazille, the former head of the DNC, give Hillary debate questions IN ADVANCE of at least one debate (probably all debates).
I don’t know about Bernie, but I sure as heck would be livid about that.
Clinton is running. Let’s not let her pull the football. For those not yet had coffee...Aka, Lucy.
