'No matter how much witness tampering you do, you're not going to find collusion,' the Republican tells 'Fox & Friends' after sources say President Trump's former personal attorney met with the Intelligence Committee chairman for hours before testifying.

Ten hours.............................
Go Nunez!! Calling it out as Democrat “witness tampering.” Take the battle to them. Love it.
Congressman Nunes was the only Republican dedicated to exposing the Deep State’s plot to destroy President Trump. It began from the time Trump announced his candidacy and continues to this very day.
But what good has it done? A few got fired or were forced out but not 1 is in jail or even seems to have it as a possibility.
They guy is a national hero and dogged in pursuit of the horrendous corruption. Lesser men would be ground to dust fighting that machine. And he rose from such humble California farming roots, too.
Nunes is one of my heroes. May God bless and keep him.
Another BHN was a culprit in the fiasco
In theory, at a congressional hearing, witnesses are supposed to submit their testimony ahead of time so everyone can read it. This doesn't always happen.
No one should be flying blind. I was once summoned to appear as a witness in a criminal case of which I had never heard. I just got a letter directing me to appear at such and such a time in the case of U.S. vs. Mr. X. I had no idea what the case was about. Nor had I ever heard of the defendant. (I had heard of "U.S.," so I at least knew who one party was.) Nor had I ever been interviewed by any investigator, lawyer or police officer concerning any criminal case or court appearance. This is not the way I learned legal procedure from Perry Mason, so I called the contact person on the summons well, that's a story for another day.
Legal proceedings are not supposed to work that way. Neither are congressional hearings. Of course you rehearse testimony and lines of questioning with friendly witnesses. You talk to hostile witnesses too, if they'll talk to you, unless you're playing stupid little gotcha games and want to sandbag someone with a surprise question.
“Nunes is one of my heroes.”
Funny you say that. I was thinking the exact same thing as I wrote my last post. One of the few honorable men in Washington DC dedicated to the Constitution and preserving liberty and freedom.
+1
And I might add that I never use the word “hero” lightly.
