Like most ideologies, social justice has a lexicon of its own, complete with both formal terms emanating from the academic world and terms emerging colloquially from everyday use by its adherents. The phrase "people" or "person of color" is one of these terms. "People of color" is the social justice term used to describe non-white people.
On the surface, the phrase is a pleasant-sounding and politically correct way to describe non-white people. However, when digging deeper, it is clear that the phrase is Marxist in origin and meaning.
Marx wanted to abolish many social institutions the family unit, private property, and the past in order to create a completely classless, equitable society. Individuality was among the other features of the human condition Marx sought to eliminate. He believed that "the abolition of this state of things is called by the bourgeois, abolition of individuality and freedom!" So long as there is individuality, there is inequality. Individuality means there is difference and variation among people, and anything that enables human beings to differentiate themselves from others is a form of inequality that necessitates elimination.
Marx understood the totality of the human condition as "the history of class struggles." Marx interpreted this struggle as one between the proletariat and the bourgeois. Marx articulated this struggle as a bifurcation. A bifurcation is a logical fallacy where things are broken down as either one option or the other, without entertaining the possibility of both options, neither, or an alternative. For example, saying people are either Trump- or Hillary-supporters without entertaining the possibility that someone can like both of them, like neither of them, or support an alternate candidate.
By applying both components of Marxism addressed here to the phrase "person of color," the Marxist nature of the seemingly innocent and polite phrase

Well, alrighty. Colored people it is/s
I say Black. Sometimes Negro. I’m not going to change.
Start calling Socialist tending States “Red States”.
The Brits a long time ago adopted “Wog” to describe a person of colour. Why use three words with five syllables when three letters and one syllable will do?
This is one of the best essays on the issue (the marxist principle of dividing a people in order to create strife).
There’s an old joke about a Brit who referred to a Frenchman as a Wog. The Frenchman was outraged and exclaimed that he was no Wog.
“My dear chap,” said the Brit, “the Wogs start at Dover!”
people of color / people of non-color
I think Asians are becoming people of non-color; maybe also Arabs and Latin Americans. Possibly non-African American black people, such as Nigerians and Afro-Caribbeans. And about half the tribes, like the Cherokee and the Flathead.
You’re right - this is crap from the ‘words matter’ creeps... the toxic ‘manipulation’ crowd. That said, we need to replace the phrase... or mock it.
“People of freckles’.... People of ‘many lakes’... ect//
Fawlty Towers:
“Niggers are the West Indians...These people are Wogs!”

White is a color!
I think the proper term these days is “diverse”, meaning “in a category approved by the Leftist elite”. Strictly speaking, a collection of people of proper but identical shade, sexual orientation, religion, politics, and food and film preferences would still be considered “diverse”.
No one is a person of color. All artificial categories are invalid. It is illegal and unconstitutional to give people special privileges because they have been placed in an artificial group that doesn’t exist.
If one wishes to nit-pick, then we are all “people of colour.”
I like to mock them. Examples: People of White, People of homosexuality, People of Pedophilia, People of Cross-dressing, People of Normal, etc. One other word I hate almost as much is, “community”. It’s ok to have a black community, a brown community, a muslim community, an Arab community....on and on. But you better NOT have a White community, because that’s racist.
Let’s just call them, “White Challenged”.
Notice how Ocasio Cortez, Omar, Ayanna Pressly and the Palesinian woman all sit together. All “people of color”.
People of Distinction is the euphemism I like best.
We could come up with an entire lexicon of modern marxist phrases to avoid.
Ping that!
I am a colored person. I am pinkish-light tan.
THAT is a color!
If you mean to say “Everyone EXCEPT light-skinned Caucasians”, then say that.
But doing so would prove them racist, no?
