Today, the United States Senate voted on an anti-infanticide bill introduced by Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.), the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. The legislation needed 60 votes to pass, and it failed by a vote of 53 in favor and 44 against. The bill stated that “if an abortion results in the live birth of an infant, the infant is a legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States, and entitled to all the protections of such laws.”
The 2002 Born Alive Infants Protection Act, signed into law by President George W. Bush, established that any child born alive — even as the result of an abortion — is to be legally considered a “person”, “human being,” “child”, and “individual” in federal law. However, that law contained no penalties for those who choose not to follow it. Senator Sasse’s bill included penalties for abortionists who break the law, including a fine and/or imprisonment for up to five years.

If it were possible to file a professional negligence complaint against certain members of the Senate, this would be a time. After all, Senators swear to uphold the law, that law is presently in place and it cannot be upheld if it is not enforced.
Perhaps a DA or AG in a friendly state will find an ideal case and charge a doctor with homicide. That state SC will affirm and it will be appealed to the USSC.
And Donald Trump thinks he won the Senate.
He knows we won the Senate, but he also knows the reality of how our Senate rules are set up.
Of which, he (unfortunately) has no control of.

That may be. But it does not mean that those rules are constitutional. Think about it. What if the senate made a rule that only 10 people had to vote to pass a bill. Rules like this should be struck down by the USSC. People need to wake up to these abuses.

We are not there yet... but given enough time... let the older folks die off... have voters who don’t remember or know what the good times were.. who are illegals... who don’t know right from wrong.. and these evil nuts will have their day... and it will be the end of the greatest country!
