MONTPELIER, February 22, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) Vermonts Democrat-controlled House of Representatives voted Thursday to pass a bill many pro-lifers are calling the most extreme of its kind, as it leaves elective abortion virtually unregulated through all nine months of pregnancy. Last month, more than 90 House members cosponsored legislation to codify a fundamental right to have an abortion, like several other states moving to ensure abortion remains legal regardless of a future Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
No State or local law enforcement shall prosecute any individual for inducing, performing, or attempting to induce or perform the individuals own abortion, it says, as well as prohibiting any public entity from restricting any sort of benefits or services on the basis of an individuals decision to have or a medical workers decision to commit an abortion. The language suggesting there be no prosecution for do-it-yourself abortions raises questions about whether there would be adequate legal protections against infanticide in Vermont.

Until the umbilical cord is cut is point at which the baby can be killed is the new measure being pushed.
They are not yet done with this.
Next will be abortion of old people. That one is coming also.
But they gunned those people down in a caring, inclusive way.
If you like your baby you can keep your baby.
These people evidently don’t realize that God is in charge of their next breath. Woe to the people of this state for voting these evil people in.
Just make murder of children ok until they hit 18. Procrastination isn’t a crime.
I wouldn’t want to live in Vermont!
They have provoked God to anger and that brings vengeance.
That it will.
In related news, Chelsea Clinton says that she will no longer call pro-life people “pro-life”. Instead she will call them “anti-choice”.
No, this is not satire. It’s just the way this country is drifting.
And I wonder. How long will it be until being “anti-choice” is a criminal act?
Here’s the Chelsea article:
Next will come, any disabled or not perfect baby will be terminated because it will cost too much money. We already see elderly not getting the care younger people get.
The level of evil is stunning. Something is very wrong with people that could take a viable human life and chose to simply kill it. Sick.
Do any of those legislators have children? How could they possibly reconcile their vote with the experience of watching your child being born, raising them, loving them, and helping them on their path to being an adult?
Don’t count on that.
“Next will be abortion of old people.”
There’s no doubt we are on a steep slippery slope. I think murder of babies will be next, up to 6 months. Then it’ll be 1 year, then 2 years. It’s easier to get rid of “undesirable” babies, infants and toddlers because there are fewer people to object.
The wholesale euthanasia of old people will follow that after the population is further desensitized to wanton state-sanctioned murder. Initially it will be at the request of the person wanting to die. Then it’s a short jump to involuntarily offing the “useless eaters.”
The nation’s soul is becoming irreversibly corroded. I cannot believe one of the major parties is pushing this trajectory so hard. Do these people never think about where all this is going? The radical leftists are NEVER satisfied.
"What is immediately obvious is that whenever circumstances prevailing here and now lead to men being not only regarded as masses but actually treated as suchtreated, that is, as aggregates, whose elements are transferable according to the demands of temporal vicissitudesit becomes more and more difficult to keep in mind the inalienable characteristics of uniqueness and dignity which have hitherto been considered as attributes of the human soul created in the image of God. To say that these characteristics are becoming more and more lost to view is not enough; they are being, if one may so put it, actively denied, they are being trodden upon. Man may end by imagining that he can prove by his very behavior that he is not such a being as the theologians have defined." - Gabriel Marcel
Wonder how many abortions happen in VT anyway
How much money can be made from full-term baby organs?
Perhaps that’s what’s driving this type of legislation, tied to human trafficking - women enslaved to produce “merchandise” for this demonic industry.
The “doctors” just doing their jobs, legally and well-renumerated, seeing no evil..
And campaign coffers are always in need of a refill.
Too cynical? I suspect that the swamp is way more depraved than most can ever begin to wrap their minds around.
A very good reason to avoid Vermont.
Why can’t pro-life states do the same?
Time for a new Civil War. This time instead of North and South, it should be Right and left.
We could divide New York and California in half. (North and South)
