I'm willing to sympathize with women who say they were victims. I'm willing to agree it's a terrible thing, because it is. I'm not willing to "always believe the woman" if it means I have to support ruining some guy's life, and I'm not willing to sic the power of government on someone (gender irrelevant) without due process.
Make an accusation 15, 20 years later, the accused can't have due process. "Innocent until proven guilty" is a fundamental right.
If affirmation of her 'experience' means "women don't lie," string him up, then I want no part of it. If you want the government to address a grievance, make a timely complaint. Government power should never be wielded to 'affirm.'

I would never have filed a report..some of those men were the husbands of my Parent’s “aquaintances” ... Second husbands etc, wives were dear friends of my Mom”s.

I’m and old lady too and when young I had one rape, while my husband was out getting drunk when he had promised to be home that evening, and 2 attempted rapes by a law student and a lawyer. I reported the actual rape, but did not even consider telling anyONE about the other two incidents.
But it was NOT the “Democrat News Media”; the blackface yearbook story was liberated by Big League Politics which is now owned by Mustard Seed Media. BLP’s editor is Patrick Howley who used to work for Breitbart News, The Daily Caller and other right wing oriented sources. MSM was actively working for the Roy Moore campaign in Alabama and inherited Moore’s 75,000 followers for their twitter account. I think I heard they may also have been responsible for the first Fairfax story, but I may be wrong on that.
Actually it does matter. When I was raped in 1968 by a black man it was not long after the time a white man had murdered 7 or 8 nurses who were living in one house. I figured that man had to be really crazy and hate women, especially white women. Who knows what some white woman might have done to him as a child. On the other hand I figured that to the black man raping me I probably just represented some symbol of power and success to him. That it was unlikely that some white person he had known well as a child had warped his personality. Thus I was glad he was black, not white.
I’m sorry for what happened to you. I don’t really understand your point, though. Read it twice and just don’t get it.
