Reading replies on twitter, African American Dems are calling Northam’s 35 year old blackface picture as bad or worse than Fairfax’s alleged rapes. They are NOT happy that it appears the white guy will stay while Fairfax is going down.
And of course, white Dems are trying to equate Kavanaugh’s alleged and unsubstantiated “teenage drunken grope” to Fairfax’s alleged rapes.
I have an easy solution to help them get back at the Dem leadership. Stay home in 2020! That, and nothing less will get your point across.
Just so you know, Governor “Coonman” put out campaign materials in the Appalachian hills that failed to mention Fairfax, just him and Herring. The white candidates.
Northam won’t resign, because he knows Fairfax is toast, and Herring is, too, if Northam resigns. Which would leave a REPUBLICAN next in line! Aaaarghh! What to do, what to do??

Ya think? These kind of allegations always seem to surface when people are at the brink of a big career breakthrough. It's like they are sleeper agents, just waiting for their wake up call.
Personally, I'm torn between enjoying watching them eat their own and being pissed off that people can be destroyed by accusations without any evidence, because we must "believe her", while "he" is considered a liar.

Because they’re young and afraid they won’t be believed and that THAT will ruin their lives. How do you think a young person would like to be the object of that kind of ruinous gossip? Because women are NOT always believed, even when they’re telling the truth. Nothing personal, but I would think any adult could figure that out.
They might pull a fast one. If Northam appoints a Lt Gov to replace Fairfax, he could then resign having effectively appointed his own replacement. And the bidding starts at...
I'm not from VA, so I don't know the legalities there or if the above is really possible or politically feasible. I do know the Dems will do anything to keep a Republican out of the Gov's Mansion.
