The White House found itself knocked off balance ahead of the State of the Union after an anonymous staffer leaked months of President Donald Trumps schedules to Axios, two administration officials told The Daily Caller.
Axios published months of Trumps private schedules Sunday evening, detailing how Trump spends nearly 60 percent of his time in unstructured executive time. One administration official said the leak itself did not reveal any information, which wasnt already known generally, but was aghast and disgusted that anyone in the presidents circle would reveal so much proprietary information.
Another administration official said rank and file White House staffers were particularly upset about the leak because it demonstrated clear malice towards the president, and fostered a general atmosphere of distrust. The official said many younger staffers were in complete disbelief in morning meetings and expressed open wishes that those who harbor such obvious disdain for Trump should just leave the White House.
Trumps director of Oval Office operations, Madeline Westerhout, slammed the leak of the schedules in a Sunday evening Twitter statement, saying:
What a disgraceful breach of trust to leak schedules. What these dont show are the hundreds of calls and meetings @realDonaldTrump takes everyday. This POTUS is working harder for the American people than anyone in recent history. https://t.co/n1HrxmCsiB

This leak is truly disgraceful. Theres no obvious rhyme or reason for it other than to cause mayhem and increase paranoia. Whoever leaked it knew it would be used to portray the President as not working hard, former White House aide Cliff Sims and author of a new book about the dysfunctional staffing relationship inside the West Wing told TheDC.
There are plenty of justifiable criticisms of Trump. That isnt one of them. Why work in a White House where you clearly think that poorly of the president youre there to serve? Theres nothing patriotic about being the so-called resistance on the inside.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders defended the presidents executive time to Axios telling them in a statement, while he spends much of his average day in scheduled meetings, events, and calls, there is time to allow for a more creative environment that has helped make him the most productive President in modern history.
Mr. President,
With all due respect, you need to fire JUST ABOUT EVERYBODY.
You can not trust ANYONE from D.C. You need to import your own staff from more reliable parts of the country.
Stunts like this abhor me.
The hostility seen by this leak is cheering for the lion in the Roman arena. To HELL with the fighting gladiator.
Find the leaker and and remove his tongue.
That makes a lot of sense!....................
I’m going with KAC.
Some insider blew a good cover leaking this trivial thing.

People make up stuff all the time when they dont like someone. They twist the truth.
A good friend of mine is brilliant and does an enormous amount of work - yet he also is able to read at least 4 hours in a day/night averaging at least 2 books a week.
I agree. This is very concerning from a security standpoint.
You laid it down before me. Great minds think alike.
Highly unlikely her fingerprints are on the leak. However, a party that almost certainly has access to her working papers, her husband, appears anti-Trump as a matter of record. Would need an insider at the publisher, of course, to put a finer point on it. (He could also be setting her up.)
Most business executives have unstructured time. This is the time they spend working on issues, networking, strategic planning, etc.
They dont need to manage every persons work.
Just because the rest of DC is not efficient, it doesnt mean he has to be.
I think a lot of people know what happens to those. 😁
There are plenty of justifiable criticisms of Trump. That isnt one of them.”

Methinks she could have stated this somewhat better.
In a way, I blame this on President Trump himself.
He really needs to quit hiring disloyal people; often on the advice of disloyal people, or loyal but naive left leaning family members.
But this leaker is just trying to “save” America from Trump, don’tcha know . . .
I can only imagine that most of them, Dem and GOP alike, are similar to Peter Strzok, except maybe without the demon possession.
Its amazing that he can be a complete Nazi dictator, who’s hell-bent on destroying our way of life... but only working 40% of the time. Gotta love the left.
...and correct.
Unstructured executive time. At least he wasnt having sex with an intern in the Oval Office.
And he has that rare skill of setting goals and objectives and then letting his staff execute. . .Trump is NOT a micro-manager.
