By now most everyone knows that the Covington Catholic High School boys didn't mob and harass a revered "tribal elder" at the Lincoln Memorial following the March for Life on January 18. The boys were actually targeted and harassed by two groups of protesters: the Black Hebrew Israelites (who hurled hateful, racial, homophobic slurs at them) and Native American activists from the American Indian Movement, led by "tribal elder" Nathan Phillips.
A nationwide media frenzy erupted after the Covington boys were falsely accused of mocking Phillips, spurring hundreds of threats against the school and the school's students from across the country by phone, email, and social media.
Not everyone who helped perpetuate the initial fake story has retracted their claims or apologized, and lawyers for the Covington families are working hard to make sure people are held accountable.
A new fourteen-minute video of the incident in Washington, D.C., last month emphasizes the starring role Phillips took in spreading the fraudulent narrative and the supporting roles the uncritical media took in smearing the innocent kids.
The video was released Saturday by L. Lin Wood, the high-profile attorney who was retained by the family of Nicholas Sandmann, the 16-year-old who smiled at Phillips while the activist banged on a drum and chanted in his face. The initial viral video clip of that confrontation spurred widespread condemnation and death threats against the 16-year-old. Wood's specialty is bringing "aggressive libel and slander suits against media organizations," reportedly.
"Two weeks ago, the mainstream media, politicians, church officials, commentators, & celebrities rushed to judgment to wrongfully condemn, threaten, disparage & vilify Nick Sandmann based solely on a few seconds of an out-of-context video clip. It only takes 15 minutes to learn the truth," Wood said in the YouTube description.

Quite interesting how the Church authorities were quick to jump on this and threaten punishments up to expulsion. Yet when it came to infanticide advocate Cuomo, they suddenly became the Three Wise Monkeys.
I can watch it all the way up to the point where the CNN report comes on and then I throw up.

Thanks for the link. Excellent video. Shows the clear lines between offenders and victims. Of course, some in the media failed to show the clear lines between offenders and victims. The lawyer has a clear case. And yes, the Catholic students are innocent and brave while the protestors are guilty and cowardly.
With some of the big media companies in trouble here, the settlements could be enormous, far beyond what you suggest.
His name isn’t Nathan Phillips, he’s not a tribal elder, and he didn’t serve in Vietnam.
Other than that, he’s been completely honest.

That video was a grand slam exposing the lies of the left, the intentional bald faced organized media lies of the left.
I hope those kids sue both these people/individuals and organizations into poverty.
Somehow we have to make their lies bite them in the ass so hard that they learn to tell the damn truth.
Not sure about the other kids, but the GoFundMe page for Sandmann has raised $35,000.

the settlements should be enormous. Did you catch that guy saying he wanted not only Covington to ‘punish’ the boys, but ‘any university they may go to’. He wanted their lives ruined. Make them zillionaires and send a message to the haters out there.

Yup, I noticed that line about the universities.... that slimy smarmy Leftist POS was trying to ruin their lives with HIS LIES. I doubt that this Nathan Phillips clown can pay a financial settlement (somewhere I recall seeing that he lives in Section 8 housing), but still he needs to be dragged through the courts for a very long time to come. Every aspect of his propaganda lies must be exposed and refuted.

This all must be grinding March for Life Chairman Mancini’s butt. She jumped in to condemn the kids. She needs to go.
Remember, Nathan Phillips is a ‘try bull elder’.
