Days before a State of the Union address in which he's expected to stress unity, President Trump said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is "very bad for the country," in an exclusive interview with CBS News "Face the Nation" host Margaret Brennan.
The president also suggested Pelosi "doesn't mind human trafficking," or she wouldn't oppose funding his border wall. Mr. Trump sat down for nearly an hour in the White House Blue Room Friday afternoon in a wide-ranging interview that will air on "Face the Nation" Sunday morning and prior to the Super Bowl.
"Well, I think that she was very rigid — which I would expect — but I think she's very bad for our country," the president said, when asked what he learned after negotiating with Pelosi in recent weeks. "She knows that you need a barrier. She knows that we need border security. She wanted to win a political point. I happen to think it's very bad politics because basically, she wants open borders. She doesn't mind human trafficking or she wouldn't do this."

Of course she isn’t bothered by human trafficking. I’m certain she’s paid for it, and for even worse things.
They’re getting money from the cartels, that’s obvious.
It’s true.
Pelosi is going to have a brain aneurysm pretty soon. Her rage shows every time she gets in front of a camera. That kind of hate and rage is really hard on an old lady like her. She already has significant dementia. Maybe even 2nd stage. She should have retired years ago but her narcissism and addiction to power simply wouldn’t let her. She will be another McCain who dies on the job because she lives for the power it brings. It’s her entire life.
How does human trafficking benefit the cartels? Smuggling fees can fetch about $5000. Trafficking is very diverse from those willing to pay others to smuggle them into the U.S. to female sex workers and child sex slavery. It lines the cartel's pockets with extra money for their capital ventures, like building drone aircraft for drug drops and submersibles for the large under water shipments. Since Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador declared an end to his country’s war on drugs, Wednesday, the cartels will have a free rein unless the U.S. builds up its border protection measures.
Or, we can declare war on Mexico and further south prn, go down there and get rid of the cartels once and for all. We can institute a Republican form of govt for Mexico as we did after WW2 in Japan, et al.

Could just happen at the SOTU on live TV while she tries to keep her composure as Trump rips the Dems.

Actually, I look for her to pull some kind of stunt before or during Trumps speech. Maybe allow the Dem “guests” to create such a scene that she shuts the whole thing down.
Everything in this interview will be very different by the time they’ve finished editing. What we’ll see on Super Bowl Sunday will be “Orangeman Bad”.
Those "guests" are what Pelosi was counting on when she said that she could not guarantee the security of the President if he were to deliver the SOTU address in the House of Representatives during the shutdown.
I believe that what she meant was quite obvious. Yes, I have a rather pessimistic viewpoint about hints and allegations from Democrats.
Perhaps President Trump should appear at the House with a 300 man security team and a military brigade as an escort. It would be a memorable occasion.
I hope they keep an eye on that hijab wearing Jew hating Somali.

I don’t disagree with you on the old lady. Nanc’s shipped didn’t sail , it sunk. But I’m wondering how you know she’s suffering ‘’significant dementia’?. There’s seven forms of dementia. Something is wrong with San Fran Nan though.
The Democrat party can’t grow and become more corrupt without illegal aliens, which is more important to Pelosi than the good of the country.
