You’re slipping, Jeff.
I added ‘BANGLIST’ to Keywords.
;-)
The Second Amendment is very clear.
This should be the law of the land across the nation.
It specifically talks about being able to carry. Why is it allowed for this Amendment to be abused like none other?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The people have been given this right by God. It is not negotiable. I have a right to defend myself, and no government should be able to nullify that human right.
Here are some pseudonyms:
be about to
be obliged
intend
must
want to
will
While some of these are a little awkward, they make it crystal clear this is not up for discussion!
Pseudonyms missing:
could
may
might
And missing, these make it all the more clear.
I still want to upgrade to an enhanced permit.
I don’t need it in SD but Nebraska doesn’t recognize my concealed permit without the enhancement.
This should not be a State Rights issue!
The federal government has guaranteed every citizen inalienable rights. The Second Amendment is one of them, and is specifically enumerated as a God given right, no man or human entity should be able to deny.
The test here is some of the other Amendments. Can a state do away with a civil rights issue related to race, just because the state wants to? Can it deny equal access, just because it wants to?
It’s quite clear, no states, counties, or cities should be able to slice away our our Second Amendment rights, or any other rights in the U. S. Constitution.
Thanks for the graphic. I have hope that in my lifetime we’ll turn green too. Amazing how it’s changed in just ~30 years, and all without streets full of dead people.
The enhanced carry basically gives you a portion of what the legal issues are in a gun fight. This isnt about just carrying a weapon. Its what happens if you have to use it. Its important to know what happens when the smoke clears. 3to11pounds pressure changes lives. Please learn how to surivive the aftermath.
Shall not be infringed!
Good. I was assured their governor would sign the bill, and she has.
Excellent news!
I love your map. I sit and watch it cycle through multiple times, every time I see it.
Have you shared it with any gun rights organizations?
Agreed.
Why in the world would a state have to pass “constitutional carry?”
If you have the time (I know, I know), would you do one for “Castle Doctrine”?
Outstanding.
I think they’ve stumped both of us there.
We see no need whatsoever.
BTTT!
Excellent news!
