It might be a sign of the end-times, or simply a function of our currently scrambled politics, but earlier this week, four feminist activists — three from a self-described radical feminist organization Women’s Liberation Front — appeared on a panel at the Heritage Foundation. Together they argued that sex was fundamentally biological, and not socially constructed, and that there is a difference between women and trans women that needs to be respected. For this, they were given a rousing round of applause by the Trump supporters, religious-right members, natural law theorists, and conservative intellectuals who comprised much of the crowd. Sullivan is entirely right about the origin of the intensity of the effort to silence dissent. People who are arguing in bad faith frequently have this reaction. The trans zealots are just one example among many.

Sorry Mr. Sullivan but (in spite of my clicking on this article) I can't imagine what would induce me to watch any feminist do or say anything.

I've noticed no matter how much they deny it, they are overwhelmed with maternal instincts which they attempt to satisfy through pet ownership and working with animal rescue, etc.
Reading this article reminded me of solving polynomial equations in algebra class. There are just too many terms involved. Some constants aren’t. Some variables don’t.

It's bad enough that states are passing laws to let people change their birth certificates to match their "new genders" (i.e. commit fraud).
If the above ever becomes federal law, this country is over. So sorry to future generations.

I know a woman like this and she is a absolute fanatic about dogs. Way beyond liking her pet dog.
But not one word on the author of this piece: Andrew Sullivan who propagated the myth that non-feminist and five time mother, Sarah Palin, faked a pregnancy to win elective office. Sullivan - who has been arrested for smoking weed in public and was caught advertising for sodomy without condoms (although he is HIV positive) is OK to you all?
He has not knocked off his Sarah Palin conspiracy theory (and has the ovulation charts to prove it!) but women who argue that a man cannot be a woman gets traduced on this site! Go figure.
