On Monday evening in Houston, a dozen armed men broke into the home of Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas, a middle-aged couple who had lived in the house at 7815 Harding Street for at least two decades. The first man through the door, who was armed with a shotgun, used it to kill one of the couple's dogs. Tuttle responded to the home invasion by grabbing a revolver and shooting the man with the shotgun, who collapsed on a sofa in the living room. As Nicholas tried to disarm the intruder, his accomplices shot her. Tuttle returned fire, and by the end of the shootout he and his wife were both dead. Four of the assailants were hit by gunfire, while a fifth injured his knee.

Really? Were they charged and convicted of any of that? That is your standard, no can say that unless they were.
You really are a an unstable nutjob.
Oh, and they never shot at anyone.
That was the first story the dirty cop told, then he said he bought it. He lied both times.
Now he is under investigation for stealing guns, money and drugs during these raids. He needs to burn on a stake.
What part of "that never happened" don't you get? The only loser here is you. It's funny that an idiot like you calls anyone else a moron.
You are the one on this thread that has been wrong about everything. And why don't you give the murdered couple the same presumption of innocence you insist the dirty cops deserve? Dumbass.
Really... That seems rather odd.. Maybe the Stone's did something to piss off someone in the swamp..? I wonder if they work anywhere in the government.? Or maybe their neighbor work in the government.?
I like number one a lot... And number two ain't bad... :)
You're so delusional you reject the fact in the case.
MileHi is obviously more than just reference to where you live.
Even the less than anti-police, pro-drug legalization Reason.com admits that:
https://reason.com/2019/05/14/forensic-experts-find-no-evidence-that-houston-narcs-who-killed-dennis-tuttle-and-rhogena-nicholas-encountered-gunfire-as-they-entered-the-house/
According to the cops who served the warrant, which was based on a "controlled buy" of heroin that apparently never happened and authorized a search that found no evidence of drug dealing, Tuttle began shooting at them with a .357 Magnum revolver immediately after the first officer through the door used a shotgun to kill a dog that confronted him as he entered the house. They say the officer with the shotgun collapsed on a couch after a round from Tuttle's gun struck him, at which point Nicholas moved to disarm him, prompting the cops to shoot her twice. Tuttle continued firing, we are told, until he died in a hail of bullets that struck him at least eight times.
You're retarded. It's a FACT that Tuttle shot at the officers. The other officers have said a pit bull was unleashed and rushed at them and that the woman tried to take a shotgun from an officer.
Meanwhile, not a single statement has been released that provides evidence the officer charged with murder did anything wrong. Perhaps it will come out in trial. But, there is NO evidence in the public domain that proves he's guilty of murder.
You're a reactionary idiot. You want to declare someone guilty of murder with ZERO EVIDENCE at this point.
The murdered couple kept their dog on a leash IN the house?
I'm canvassing for the Census.
Dogs inside go nuts when you get NEAR the house.
Are you claiming that the curtilage of a house is owned by the police if they suddenly decide that bullsqueeze is so?
I'm thinking you might need professional help...
Such flippant endorsement of Tyranny—in such an abject, arbitrary, and murderous form—is absolutely shameful, and unambiguously Unamerican on its face...
Thank you for the information. I was going from memory and could not be positive.
Yeah, and they lied. Why was the .357 never listed? Because there wasn't one! Try again.
Post it.
You mean the cops that are known liars?
Except for the murder charges, almost unheard of against police involved in questionable shoots.
Is "reactionary" a special word for you, snowflake?
Why do you want to condemn "the two losers decided to get into a shootout with police" when there is no evidence except the cops who lied? Why no .357 in the inventory? maybe, just maybe, there never was one? Braintrust?
Yes. But I think there is something very personal or pathological to those posts. Moving goal posts not by yards but miles. At this point what we all feared, thought and suspected was true. I am very sad for this couple. Im very sad for the family. Im sad for our country. Some people cannot admit to the evil we all see. Thats ok. Ignore them. Turn your back to them. No salvation in hitting your head against the rock. Save the others.
Because they were losers like you, paranoid because of drug usage and ready to shoot it out with police and go down in a blaze of glory.
Snowflake? That would be you. I'm not getting my panties in a bunch over a couple of burnt out druggies. The crooked cops were forced to return and face criminal charges and that's fine with me, too.
You're the one acting like we live a police state and/or that most police officers are corrupt. That's kind of hysteria one expects from a snowflake.
Reality isn’t a place where you spend much time, is it snowflake?
