I believe that allegations were made that a c.i. purchased heroin "in the vicinity" of the residence.

That was the first story the dirty cop told, then he said he bought it. He lied both times.

Now he is under investigation for stealing guns, money and drugs during these raids. He needs to burn on a stake.
