A top law firm in New York has come under fire for releasing an all-white list of new partners.
Paul, Weiss published details of the election a new class of 12 partners, but the list did not include any ethnic minorities and only one woman.
The announcement was posted online and on social media sites but was criticized over the lack of diversity.
A little over a week later the image was taken down with Paul, Weiss saying it regretted the 'gender and racial imbalance'.
The company added that the 2019 cohort was an anomaly and that Paul, Weiss is one of the most diverse law firms in the US.

1: Are they the best and brightest, and highest producers for the law firm?
2: Then regardless of race, they should be promoted to partners.
3: Any, I repeat ANY regard to race, gender, or sexual orientation as part of the hiring/promotion process is not equal protection under the law and violates the 14th Amendment.
Congratulations to the new partners, especially the one lady.
In the real world, folks, it’s merit that should decide achievement, not race, gender or sexual orientation. Congrats to this firm for living in the real world.
If I needed a Lawyer I’d want the Best and Brightest and not some affirmative action intern.

The simple facts are that Blacks are less likely, by a wide margin, not to finish 4 year college in the first place. On LSATS, only 12% of Blacks surpass the median score of 150, and finally even with greatly loosened admissions allowances, blacks make up only 4-5% of the student body at top law schools.
Its a similar as with “equal pay” debate with women: Law is not a field chosen by blacks, nor one where they excel.
In the cases where they DO choose it and DO excel, blacks are then paid MORE than any other racial group.
To soetoro and moochy, jesse jackson, al sharpton: "You need brain surgery. Do you want the best surgeon or the best black surgeon?"
Do they mean “Illegal Diversity”?
Their only mistake was apologizing. Never give in the the SJW left. They will take your apology as a sign of weakness, and as a trophy to vindicate their insanity.

Big Law is full of liberal Democrats - they aren't trying to create white male shops, but those are usually the people willing to do what it takes to snag the brass ring.
Geeze they couldn’t find just one unqualified black woman to give a fake promotion too? You know...just to keep the peace.
