Sen. Graham slams Nancy Pelosi for being 'absurd, petty, and shameful'
Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., zinged Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., on Thursday for claiming climate change will end the world in 12 years -- and accused her of wanting to make Americans live as “Venezuelan socialists.”
“Let’s bury the hatchet and enjoy the next 12 years because they are going to be our last, right?” he tweeted.
Graham was responding to a tweet Ocasio-Cortez sent that hit Graham for ignoring President Trump’s various controversies and statements, while criticizing Democrats for refusing to allow Trump to make his State of the Union address in the House until the partial government shutdown ends.
But Graham instead took issue with comments she made about climate change on Monday.

Graham picked up support from parts of the Trump-supporting right for his passionate defense of now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing against accusations of sexual assault, pushing back against those opposing Kavanaugh’s nomination in the hallways of Congress.
“You’ve humiliated this guy enough and there seems to be no bottom for some of you,” he said to one anti-Kavanaugh protester. “Why don’t we dunk him in water and see if he floats.”
Graham's own "dunks" soon led to him getting nicknames such as “Lindsey Graham 2.0” from conservative supporters. Ocasio-Cortez, meanwhile, has taken Congress by storm and has challenged Republicans, Democrats and the media on social media in the face of criticism she has faced for her proposals.
On Thursday, Graham wasn’t done, and accused Ocasio-Cortez -- who has embraced the label of “democratic socialist” -- of wanting to make Americans spend their remaining years living as Venezuelan socialists.

I would vote for Ocasio before I would vote for Romney or ANY rino. I am absolutley serious if those were my choices I would want Ocasio. I think I would enjoy watching the commies destroy the fat cats that back these rinos.

Everytime that AOC talks about economics....I look back at her university....Boston University. You have to wonder who the professors are For someone to make it through four years and lack this much knowledge....it requires a marginalized staff.

I believe America has entered the dark ages of socialism though not in all states.. and this socialist vermin is heading our plunge but she is not alone.
The only forces between a socialist America in theory and one in reality are President Trump and VP Pence and the slim Republican “majority” in the Senate. And there are a few states who are still RIGHT about the Constitution.
I would suggest heavy prayer for America if we don’t want to actually become the next Venezuela. (This prayer happens every day here and in many places around this country).

You raise a good point. Say what you will about her, she is principled in her own warped way. She wants to abolish ICE and voted for that the other day. The rest of them say one thing and do another. This is going to gain her much street cred with her fans.
AOC and associates may want to thin out the rich but the elites will garnish whatever wealth remains for themselves. The ultimate victims will be the masses, not the rich. Most of the rich will just leave anyway with minimal harm. Think of Russia of yesteryear, think of Venezuela today.
IMO sacrificing the whole country in a vain effort to get back at the rich is really not a good idea.
Interestingly AOC and the likes of her may be taken out by those that wind up in power after our Constitutional Republic is put to ashes. I recall many VC in the former South Vietnam were treated no different than the other South Vietnamese after the war. Stalin had a few purges too. They need to consolidate power and their own useful idiots are generally toast.

There are non-RINOs “fat cats” who don’t deserve to be destroyed. I just want Sandy Ocasio to be brutally attacked by an MS-13 gang.
