Everytime that AOC talks about economics....I look back at her university....Boston University. You have to wonder who the professors are For someone to make it through four years and lack this much knowledge....it requires a marginalized staff.

You raise a good point. Say what you will about her, she is principled in her own warped way. She wants to abolish ICE and voted for that the other day. The rest of them say one thing and do another. This is going to gain her much street cred with her fans.
AOC and associates may want to thin out the rich but the elites will garnish whatever wealth remains for themselves. The ultimate victims will be the masses, not the rich. Most of the rich will just leave anyway with minimal harm. Think of Russia of yesteryear, think of Venezuela today.
IMO sacrificing the whole country in a vain effort to get back at the rich is really not a good idea.
Interestingly AOC and the likes of her may be taken out by those that wind up in power after our Constitutional Republic is put to ashes. I recall many VC in the former South Vietnam were treated no different than the other South Vietnamese after the war. Stalin had a few purges too.
