The New York Senate passed a radical pro-abortion bill Tuesday that would allow unborn babies to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth.
Metro reports the bill passed after abortion activists pushed it for more than a decade in New York. Until now, it failed to pass the state Senate because of Republican lawmakers, but the November election put pro-abortion Democrats in control of both houses.
The vote was 38-24.
A New York Public Radio reporter said she heard a voice shout, “May almighty God have mercy on this state!” in the Senate soon after the vote.
The legislation goes beyond Roe v. Wade, allowing abortions even when the Supreme Court has said states may regulate them, according to the pro-life leaders. Late-term abortions, which currently are illegal in New York, would be allowed, and non-doctors would be allowed to perform them.

I can if this violates the BAIPA. If it does, this BS by the legislature is a lotta sound and fury signifying nothing. It’s something to placate its base until it gets overturned.

I’m trying to find a list of who voted for, and against this Bill, but can find nothing so far. I live in New York State. My State Senator is Republican, but there’s nothing on his site even regarding this Bill.
Make them show photos of the murder scene.
Those voting aye have a destiny in hell so horrific that we literally can’t imagine their eternal suffering.
Our nation is sick, sick, sick. All democrats are completely desensitized to blatant murder.
1:00 pm — it’s legal to murder your child.
1:01 pm — suddenly it’s against the law to murder the same child.
The NY Senators who voted for this (like Obama in Illinois) should be condemned to Hell.
The Democrat party is the party of Satan...the party of Evil.

I guess this means that you can get the abortion pill in NY w/o a doctor’s OK.
I wonder what’s going to happen to the baby of the first woman that tries the abortion pill at something like six months.

Remember, we are individuals, not a collective. Individuals that do this are barbaric. We shouldn’t condemn the whole human race over the actions of liberals unless we stop fighting them.

God has so clearly drawn the line in the sand for the last few years, that NOBODY can be without excuse.
I will not ask for God to have mercy on the people who voted for this and those who voted them into office.
The good people in this state who have fought this and will continue to do so, yes, we desperately need God's mercy.
But those who CHOOSE to legalize murder, nope. I've reached my limit.
Every single Democrat in office should have to bear this burden.

I thought the argument for allowing abortions, was to ensure that women didn’t have to go to back alley practitioners.
