The New York Senate passed a radical pro-abortion bill Tuesday that would allow unborn babies to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth.
Metro reports the bill passed after abortion activists pushed it for more than a decade in New York. Until now, it failed to pass the state Senate because of Republican lawmakers, but the November election put pro-abortion Democrats in control of both houses.
The vote was 38-24.
A New York Public Radio reporter said she heard a voice shout, May almighty God have mercy on this state! in the Senate soon after the vote.
The legislation goes beyond Roe v. Wade, allowing abortions even when the Supreme Court has said states may regulate them, according to the pro-life leaders. Late-term abortions, which currently are illegal in New York, would be allowed, and non-doctors would be allowed to perform them.

I get really tired of hearing it’s “Legalized abortion”....it’s not ....
What is happening today is ‘Contract Killings’ between women their Doctors, and the institutions they enter these agreements with.... The women must sign papers authorizing the killings of their babies.
Is this for real? Can I see the wording of the law? I find this actually hard to believe.
Well..now that killing babies is aok.....is it any wonder mothers and fathers are killing their kids and each other these days, and this without batting an eye.
The ‘sanctity of life’ is no longer in America as I see it.
From your link, I read some of the wording of this statute. It seems its abortion on demand until 24 weeks. Im not seeing where it becomes legal until birth. How would that be determined anyway, since babies are born mostly anywhere between 37 and 42 weeks?
It does say that it would be allowed any time to save the health of the mother. Is that what you guys are saying would be the excuse to murder a nearly newborn? To protect moms health? I would think you could be an attorney for the dead baby and win a huge settlement against the state because giving birth does not hurt the mothers health.
“A species that does this deserves to be extinct in my opinion.”
No. Only the ones that actually participate in it, enable it, or tolerate it - only they deserve death. But they do deserve death.
Yep. Maybe nit Clinton, haven’t seen her in a long time but Cuomo will probably e one of the nominees they really push.
its option B. NY is a gynocracy
God Bless the federal electoral college
Especially when “child” (matriarchy) support goes to age 21 and not 18. A woman who feels children are a burden are much more likely to get an abortion or demand repartions from the man and be a high conflict female in “family” court, which, in NY is a gynocracy anyway.
My husband’s first child was aborted without his consent by his lib ex shrew who will have had him on the matriarchy grist mill for a total of two decades by 2024. She has been remarried to her beta “yes ma’am weenie six figured walking ATM for about 11 yrs now
is much more likely
reparations
NY breast cancer rates will skyrocket
There is a guy at Princeton (well he was, it’s been years) that advocates that until a child is weened by it’s mother it should be able to be “aborted”. (It couldn’t survive without the mother).
Peter Singer, University Center for Human Values.
(Wait - isn’t everyone for “human values”!?
I want to know who voted for this atrocity.
“New York Senate Passes Bill Legalizing Abortions Up to Birth” ... not to be outdone the “California Senate Passes Bill Legalizing Abortions Up to Year 10” ... 2019 marks the beginning the bidding war on what age people should legally and arbitrarily be killed.
havent seen her in a long time
yeah, she’s under duck and cover, there’s a lot of people that knows what’s in Weiner’s computer
get back to me when Cardinal Timothy Dolan formerly completes the auto-excommunication of Governor Cuomo
“formally completes”.....
Is this for real?
Animals are more humane!
We’re looking at New Hampshire, the Live Free or Die State.
VT is out, and I suppose we could consider Maine but NH is the best option so far.
Our kids have already left the state. The last one is planning on changing her state of residency, and later today, I’ll be talking to her and seeing when she plans on doing that.
