The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted the Trump administration's request to allow it to temporarily enforce its restrictions on transgender people serving in the military.
The court, however, did not agree to review the legality of the new policy until the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a ruling.

It’s insanity to let the insane into the military.
Our courageous trans people have been discriminated against for long enough. Not allowed to join the services. Not allowed into dangerous combat. They require affirmative action. Replace those privileged soldiers, sailors, Marines in harm’s way, in combat, in front of the bombs and the bullets with these trans heroes. Yes put our new flamboyant troops there to fight ISIS and all the Islamic terrorists. Let them make up for the years of war they were cheated from attending. Reimburse them for the wounds they did not suffer and for the death they did not die, by drafting each and every one of them to the front, to the trenches and to the fox hole. Draft the drag queens and Kings. Let them wear whatever garb or lack of clothing they wish. Give them what ever drug they desire and send them to the wars of hand to hand combat. Yes make them whole again, allow them to rush to the place where they can become holey! ( Could this be satire?)
And nearly all of US thinks SCOTUS if the final say on what DC or we can do.
We-The-People and our Republic are dead if we continue to allow judicial branch to decide what executive and legislative can do. Constitutionally there are many issues which can _NOT_ be settled, since courts are not greater than the other branches.
US judiciary is operating completely outside of lawful law. This usurpation is growing in power every day because we are deceived. Deceived. Having been taught deceptive things. Precept upon unaligned precept.
Hard jail time for judges who rule without legislative or constitutional law. Wake up USA.

Gee, I wonder how the 9th circus will rule.
We have no proof she is alive, conscious, or even remotely cognitive.
Yet we are to accept that she is somehow voting.

So the decision was actually 5 to 3+a bunch of Lefty law clerks.

Hopefully Barr will figure out a way to bring an action to the SC, the goal of which is to STOP these “Nation-Side Injunctions” by courts who have no nation-wide jurisdiction. At least on justice has brought it up as not good.

Perhaps the demonrats wanted to take another stab at Trump.
RBG certainly isn’t the Commander in Chief.
Obama turned the military into a jobs program with outstanding pay and benefits and one in which only a small percentage face a risk of combat.
Once this was accomplished, he deemed it only fair that these opportunities were open to everyone.
