Hmmmmm, wonder what it is with FR and your computer. Just weird.
It looks like the fog’s cleared up, for now any way. I can see Mount Susitna on the cam tonight and couldn’t see a thing on that cam last night. The others are all clear as well.
Might change in a little while though. LOL
Glad y’all had a great time today. It’s been a while since you got together for lunch. Very glad to hear she didn’t have a large mess to clean up after the quake.
Better weather won’t be until next Tues. and we have U-G_L-Y to get through first. We’ve had 2.5 inches of rain today and now the temps are dropping like a stone. It’s going to be an icy mess until Monday since we won’t get above freezing tomorrow. Monday won’t be a lot warmer but will get above freezing.
WOW!! You do have U-G_L-Y to get through. Hope you don’t have to go out AT ALL!
Howdy, LUV.
I hope your day was a good one, and that it didn’t get too cold.
Good evening, JJ...((HUGS))...a quiet weekend sounds really good. Enjoy yours.
A Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Hey, there, radu!
It was a good day. Wasn’t as cold as I expected and though it started off pretty windy, it ended up quiet and clear. The moon is looking mighty good.
Hope it didn’t get too awful there. I saw reports where it looked like y’all were getting slammed. Hope you didn’t get a tornado like that poor little town in Alabama. That was terrible.
You got lucky on the temps! Always nice when it doesn’t get as cold as they predict.
Soupy here after 2.5 inches of rain and now all that “wet” is getting ready to ice over. 60 degrees this afternoon and we’ll only have a high in the upper 20s tomorrow.
I hadn’t heard about the tornado in AL. I know there were tornado warnings in LA last night and had heard the really bad storms would stay south of us today. Nothing but rain here so we were lucky. We still have a large cedar to cut up and burn that was blown over by the tornado that hit us in Nov. and don’t need more.
Good evening, Pro, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Hope you are having a relaxing weekend.
I was watching AgendaFreeTV today and he had an in-depth report about the damage there in Wetumpka, AL. One of their older historical churches was absolutely flattened. I think there were a few injuried but no deaths as of the broadcast time.
I didn’t even SEE a bird on the nest when i peeked in a bit ago. Guess I didin’t look hard enough. The wind was way stronger than I like. Hope you don’t have to get out tomorrow if there is going to be ice everywhere!
Wetumpka is down by Montgomery and that’s far enough away that they wouldn’t mention it on Nashville news. I knew the name rang a bell. We’ve driven through it a couple of times on the way to visit my dad when he was still alive. I’m glad there weren’t any deaths but I feel for those folks who have such a mess to deal with. Tornados are NO FUN!!!!!
I don’t know if it’s Obey or River at the tree but he/she is on the limb that sticks out to the left on the screen. Hidden now by the fork that sticks up. Go back about an hour and a half and you can see the eyes glowing.
The cam went down AGAIN just a few minutes ago. That’s at least the second time today. *sigh*
Nope, not leaving the house tomorrow. We have everything we need and there’s no reason to take chances on icy roads.
A good weekend here, son's over again and we're just hanging out and BSing and eating dinner.
I’ll check to see if I can see whichever one it is....if the cam is back on. It is annoying, but guess that wind got the best of it.
Glad it was far away from y’all. All that rain was quite enough to have to deal with!
They’ve shut down the stream now. Earlier, it was just stuck on the time the cam stopped working but you could still rewind. Whoever DHE hooked up with to run their cams this year totally sux. The cams don’t work more often than they work.
Yep, we got our money’s worth with rain today. We have a lake in the middle of one of the fields. We’re happy to not have dealt with anything more.

Sure wish there was a way to share that rain. It’s so dry here I worry about how things are going to look come spring. I think January is typically dry here, though. So that’s something to consider. The yard sure needs watering though, or we’ll have an ugly one like last years to begin with.
Thanks, Mac, for my favorite “crosses”.
I wish there was a way too! LOL! We don’t need all this rain. I noticed TVA dropped the lake level big time this past week - I guess in anticipation of this system. It’s WAY down.
We only had an inch and a half last Jan. and we had more than that today. We’re just shy of 5 inches for the month so far.
You do live in the desert. :-)
Yep, it’s the desert all right. I never get used to it. I need GREEN in the summer! LOL!
You guys are going to grow fins before long if it doesn’t stop for a while. :) That’s a lotta rain for one month...and the month just 2/3 over or so.
Good evening/morning, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
A Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Did you get any “me” time or did you have to work?
