Murkowski said Tuesday that federal agencies can be reopened that “don’t have anything to do with border security.” This is nonsense. It's all about the budget and I wouldn't sign any budget that doesn't have the funding. Trump certainly will not get the money any other way.
And if Trump was smart he wouldn't allow a rise in the debt ceiling in March.

Trump is just brilliant. He is going to show us The Art of the Deal, yet again.
