Apologies for not being here live. Saw it on recording, so I apologize if this has been posted already.
Trump should have said that Schumer refused to allow a vote on the Ryan bill in 2018, and that's why the government shut down.
Pelosi and Schumer, as I predicted, stalled until the 116th Congress in 2019 so they could deflect blame onto Trump for not passing Pelosi's bill.
They are saying that Trump shut down the government, when it was really Schumer in December who shut down the government.

Personally I think he’s already doing it based on the drone videos I’ve seen. I think he is using the executive order on human smuggling from Dec 2017 and used military money and classified the build.
