Love those dolphins.

I remember when they used to fly the HH52.

Also known as the flying lifeboat.

Every time I scroll onto that border, I think my eyes have gone bad and can’t focus. LOL! It’s pretty, though.

Sounds like a fun time was had by all. Neat that you got to get together with your old high school friend after such a long time. Lots of catching up to do there. :-)

Glad you were able to get there and back safely. The weather hasn’t been very pretty up that way lately.

Been pretty quiet around here. And wet. We started the New Year off with a “glub” last week after ending 2018 with a “GLUB”. We need to dry out for a while.

The kittehs are being their usual obnoxious selves. LOL! Still feeling last night’s new moon. With luck they’ll start calming down a little tomorrow.

LOL!

The softness is what I liked so much about it but it does make the eyes want to bring it into focus.

How’d your day go? Still warm? It was another nice day here, though windy.

We got lucky with the weather.

In Puyallup where my Sister lives it rained only when we hung out inside and cooperated when we ventured out.

Same thing in Port Angeles with my BIL. It rained and rained while we slept but when we worked outside it was sunny. Also sunny when we toured the town.

It's suppose to snow here tomorrow but we'll see.

Hey, there! It WAS another pretty day here. It got up to nearly 70 and there was hardly any wind. Supposed to cool off tomorrow. I kind of hope it does. if it stays warm then the stupid trees think it’s spring and will bud and a late freeze will zap ‘em.

Glad it was nice there, too. I’m sure you would have loved to do without the wind. I don’t blame you! It can make a person irritable and unsettled. Not to mention jazz up your allergies.

You DID get lucky. Glad it worked out so well. It would have sucked if the weather was crummy the whole time, like it was here last week.
It’s been nice since Sat. but is going to turn cold from tomorrow afternoon on.

But it’s January and supposed to be cold. *sigh*

Bet the kittehs enjoyed the day down there. Sounds perfect. But you’re right about it not needing to stay warm too long. The poor trees have enough trouble because it’s dry down there. They don’t need to bud and get zapped by a freeze. That’s happened here before.

We were almost as warm here today - - 66 degrees when I went out this afternoon. Even with the wind it felt pretty darn good! But yup, the allergies were stirred up. :-(

Howdy do, Conor. *HUGZ*

How are things up your way these days? The new year getting off to a decent start? Renos still going on or is everything the way you want it now?

Hi Kathy. I feel so reassured when I see our military — oasis of sanity in a crazy world.

They seemed to enjoy the sun when I saw them. There is no telling where they head off to when it’s not so cold that they have to huddle. LOL!

Darn ol’ allergies! I feel your pain. Maybe tomorrow won’t be as windy.

If there’s sunshine, kittehs are going to enjoy it .... unless it’s mid-summer and really hot. After the cold y’all had, they’re more than happy to soak up the rays.

Gonna be windy at least two more days. Gonna be a nippy trip to the grocery store Wed. afternoon with 30 mph winds and low 40s. :-(

Yukky! That’s not going to be a fun trip at all. Let’s just hope that rain isn’t added to the mix to make it really nasty. The will chill will be uncomfortable enough without soggy bags!

Peaches has this new “trick”. Three times in 2 weeks he has been trying to unroll the toilet paper in the little bathroom. He hasn’t done anything like that since he was a baby. Neither of these cats gets into much around here. I turned the roll backward to keep him from unrolling the whole thing, so when I heard the familiar noise, I went in there and the paper was punctured dozens of times by his claws. I’m sure he’s trying to get my attention...he wanted out,....but I sure hope he finds a less destructive way of getting it soon. Silly cat!

LOL! It’ll be cold enough my heavy coat should hold me down. Gonna be a nasty wind chill with that.

Nope it won’t be fun at all. At least there’s no rain in the forecast then so soggy bags won’t be an issue.

Aaaaaah, the ol’ unroll the toilet paper game. We have to keep our bathroom doors closed due to several here who like to play it. No paper towels on the holder in the kitchen either. Have to keep them in a cabinet.

Kitteh-proofing a house is about the same as child-proofing one. LOL
