FULL TITLE: Senator who authored Californias sanctuary state bill sends condolences to family of slain officer
As Twitchy reported earlier, Cameron Gray posted a must-read thread about the number of House members from California who took to social media to demand answers about the deaths of two children in Border Patrol custody but never thought to tweet about Cpl. Ronil Singh, who was shot and killed by an illegal immigrant. Well, there was one tweet and another retweet at least.
President pro tempore of the California State Senate Kevin de León, probably better known to out-of-staters as the Democrat who challenged Sen. Dianne Feinstein for her Senate seat in 2018, broke the mold by tweeting his condolences.
For what its worth, de León is the senator who introduced SB 54, Californias sanctuary state bill, that was signed by Gov. Jerry Brown in October 2017. SB 54 prohibits state and local law enforcement from asking anyone about their immigration status, among many other things.

It is illegal
Lazy republicans in power need to get off their butts and do something about this.
“So sorry to hear about your loss, but you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs.”
Are “condolences” like thoughts and prayers because libs tell us they reject thoughts and prayers after rampage killings.
This is like pissing on his grave and spitting in his widow’s face b
Any city, county or state lawmaker voting for a law conferring imaginary ‘rights’ upon illegal alien felons shall be charged with the crime of treason against the United States and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalty of death.
Isn't that special?!? (spoken like Dana Carvey imitating the "Church Lady" on SNL)
Shameful.
He should be charged as an accessory after the fact.
“An accessory-after-the-fact is someone who assists someone who has committed a crime”
Tell me how that does not pertain in this case? ALL people who enter this country illegally have committed a crime. Harboring them, protecting them, is acting as an accessory after the fact. I would assume besides being charged, the victims can also sue, but it seems that democrats get away with this sh*t time and time and time and time again because WE do not have any people representing us anymore in Washington except for Trump and a handful of people, who if they do try to do something about this, are viciously attacked by these same people who are putting OUR lives in danger.
LOL! Everytime I’m reminded of that I immediately think of that bit by Rush, absolute classic.....

De Leon has blood on his hands, and they can never be washed clean.
I prefer he repents and does penance.
The family should sue this Rat pos.
Here’s an idea:
Tie up and toss De Leon over the border into the invasion caravan midst, and then have someone with a bullhorn yell out “This is the bastard who wants the border closed... he works for Trump...”
We’ll see how quick he is to call for sanctuary states then.
A tweet. He didn’t care enough to get a card or walk up to their front door to apologize for his stupid behavior.
de Leon is a Mexican revolutionary who wants to overthrow the State, and conquer the state for Mexico. he is now a patriot, nor does he support the United States. He supports Mexico, the Cartels who fund hum, and using poor Central Americans as slave labor
Don’t hold back :)
I was going to compare it to Hitler writing letters of apology to families of holocaust victims.
But his murdering was Very Deliberate.
Though this is not far off from deliberate.
In his mind his condolences must make him feel like he doesn’t have blood on his hands.
Fake condolences.
Because the AGENDA is much more important.
Reminds me of the liberal do gooder who talked my property manager into moving one of his problems into my rental units. The Problem had stolen from the do gooder and the do gooder didn’t bother to tell us. Of course the Problem stole from me also.
When i confronted the liberal do gooder on the issue, He said he was sorry........................... but you could see in his eyes there was no connection.
