The suspect in the shooting death of a Newman Police Department corporal was arrested in the Bakersfield area Friday morning, sources said.

This BASTARD had been picked up on 2 DUI previously, also KNOWN GANG member HOWEVER because of sanctuary state status LE forbidden reporting to ICE!!! This sheriff is LIVID rightfully so!!!!
Hat tip to the officers who took him into custody. They showed tremendous restraint and professionalism - in that he wasn’t fatally wounded “resisting arrest.”
Governor should be required to ride along with the Newman police force for a week, and see just how “compassionate” his Sanctuary law really is!!
He had two prior DUIs. That means that he was released from jail and because of CAs sanctuary laws, ICE wasn’t contacted.
This illegal didn’t know what Americans know.
You can break the law any way you want in the US....except to violate a cop, his family, a celebrity or the politically connected.

They said they got full federal support, FBI, BP, ICE, as well as all CA law enforcement.
These small town police are incredible. I would imagine that with 12 officers it actually was more of a family than anything else.
When his brother tried to thank law enforcement for all the help getting this creep he just couldn’t hold it together. The pain of that young man was huge.
They caught him in Lamont.....mini Mexico. I grew up in Lamont. So sad what it has become.
Shaka Zulu developed a punishment very appropriate to this criminal. The history books call it impaling and its description is painful to even read.
There’s no death penalty in CA, even for murdering law enforcement officers.

That sheriff laid it all out. Shame on cartelfornia and idiotic voters. Watching that poor brother of Singh wailing was sickening and yet a very good picture of how evil this state has become.
We need police officers more like Sgt. Voight of Chicago P.D. The really bad criminals never see the inside of a jail cell...they just disappear.
