There’s no death penalty in CA, even for murdering law enforcement officers.
I wonder if there is ANYWAY he can be prosecuted federally, if there is ANY federal law he broke in the process of killing this officer!!!
There is a death penalty in CA. HOWEVER the scum will sit in a cell being fed and medically cared for, for about 30 years just sickening SHIP his ass to Texas!!
Death Penalty here in the Land of Fruits & Nuts, known as California, is a TOTAL JOKE. My cousin murderer is number 261 or near that on Death Row. I’m pissed for there is no justice for my cousin.
