We knew that here the day they showed the photos. The drill bit skip marks were unmistakable.
Was it an error on the ground the worker tried to cover up, or deliberate sabotage, with on the ground, or more disturbingly, in space?

It was probably during manufacture, you can’t throw away a couple of million dollars of manufacturing product for a simple hole that is repairable.
Ideally you would not want to MAKE a hole, but obama happens.

I am thinking that one of the cosmonauts is not a human but an alien replica sent on a mission to see how humans react to emergencies. This will come in handy when the invasion begins.
