Yes it is.

And so are ours.

When something is being launched into space every ounce counts. There is a safety factor, but it is much, much less than for earth-bound structures.

Surely these guys have a tool control program, right ? I can’t see how a person would have the free time and/or access to tools to go around and drill a hole.
