Chuck Schumer vows to continue his government shutdown forever rather than fund a wall:
President Trump, if you want to open the government, you must abandon the wall, plain and simple.
Schumer claims the Democrats are “open to discussing any proposal as long as they do not include anything for the wall.” Sure they are.

The thing to do— right now and moving forward as we bleed out the 25% fedgov non-essentials (and should move for an executive order to STOP their pay— leading to a court challenge to override it- thus proving the “UNIONs” hold on fedgov jobs)— the thing to do is to go, line by line in the existing agencies expenditures and point out HOW MUCH the libs want to spend (waaaaay more in any one case than $5Bill) on useless crap with ZERO return other than to voters of THEIR constituency. Things like the OVER $5 Billion SPENT each month on.... Food Stamps (which are now debit cards that benefit Banks/transactions and are un-needed Subsidies to foreign imported farm products- which can be paid for by these cards, instead of paying only for US origin FOOD only— and not cash cards for black market exchange and lottery tickets).
Point that out— as being more important to Schumer and Nancy and the dem-libs, than our National Security. Name the NUMBER of Paki, and other ME people coming over our open borders— indistinguishable, from outward physical appearance than say a Mexican native, or an Indian/dark complexioned who knows what? That would interest yet again the true AMERICANs of any color/background who are legal— in the threat to their jobs and to our Nation!

It seems like Schumer’s exaggerted sense of self importance is contagious. He gets more coverage than he deserves.
With all of the RIN9S in the senate McConnell doesn’t have 51 votes so it would do no good to even take the senate to reconciliation, he won’t have 51 votes even with the new senate seated, with Mittens and the other RINOS that won we still WON’T HAVE 51 votes this country is SO SCREWED!!! My heart truly goes out to Trump the sacrifices this man has made to take this STINKING job and be BETRAYED by his own side MAKES ME SICK!!!!!
As House Minority Leader, Nancy Pelosi has a sworn duty to protect America and Her Constitution. Failure or effort to thwart security of the USA makes IMPEACHMENT viable without hesitation.

This will end when Schumer realizes that people don’t even know the government is shut down. When people get their checks on time they won’t care about the rest of the government and certainly won’t care about government workers . They will not care when they are lied to and told government workers are living pay check to pay check.
Cuomo has said the State of New York will pay for the Statue of Liberty to remain open, which is probably not legal, but that will take away CNN’s photo op of disappointed people from Iowa sad that they came all that way to see it and that mean ole Trump shut it down.
We know the WW II memorial will not be closed so there goes another photo op.
McConnell will tie this to DACA and Infrastructure and when Schumer caves he will still brag that he beat Trump and get away with it because his supporters are imbeciles.
Schumer obviously doesn’t care about our safety and security as long as he can make Trump’s life miserable.

For the 60 votes. Is that based on a 60% number of Senators accounted for on the day of the vote? If every Republican Senator showed up on the day of a vote and only 25 Democrats showed up, would it now be 60% of 77 senators, or 46 Senators?
