IMO already moving the goal posts yet again to sometime in 2019, when he says he won’t fund the Dems’ “infrastructure” (read: stimulus) legislation without “perfect border security”. I take it this means he believes his funded by the military vow is as out of date as his willingness to take responsibility for “shutting down the government” for a $5B down payment on his slat fence.
