The Supreme Court held long ago in Brady v. Maryland that the Constitution requires the prosecution, which holds all the cards in a criminal case, to give the defense all evidence favorable to the defendant, whether it impeaches a witness, mitigates punishment or shows his innocence. Indeed, the burden is on prosecutors to find anything in the possession of the government that is favorable to the defense.

Michael Flynn, which will be decided on Tuesday, he ordered Mueller to provide the defense with all Brady material Last week, Judge Sullivan specifically ordered Mueller to produce any FBI interview reports — called 302s — or memoranda relevant to the original interview of Gen. Flynn. Ironically, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley has been requesting the agents’ notes and 302s for two years. Did Mueller comply?

I’m beginning to believe that no Dimm/Deep State will ever be held accountable for anything. That’s why they’re all so smug and basically laughing in our faces. I believe the next abomination shoved down our throats will be the impeachment of our President and his complete and total personal destruction. Some Republicans in Congress will feign outrage but as usual will do nothing substantial about it. Dan Bongino has been been talking about a “soft secession.” Who knows...maybe we will see it happen?
All I know or can think is.... there is a God and no matter what and how bad they destroy this country, when they die, they will have to account for their sins. Hell is something you can’t undo unless you repent. I don’t see these guys ever doing that. We can undo the damage they do to our country but sizzle sizzle for them.

If these special persecutors are allowed to be out of control, then I think it makes sense to prosecute them PERSONALLY and force them to personally fund their defense.

Session’s reward for support should have been an ambassadorial appointment like to the Court of Saint James. The British Isles where Hobbits, Elves, etc. are appreciated! An “From-No-Where-Near-the-Beltway-Ball-Buster” should have been appointed AG! So we lost two years added to the continuing dysfunction of the DOJ. Hopefully now we can straighten that out!
