Theresa May is to make a statement to MP's at 15:30 GMT amid reports Tuesday's vote on her Brexit deal is being delayed.
That will be followed by a statement from the Commons leader Andrea Leadsom-and then a statement from the Brexit secretary on Article 50.
Two cabinet sources have told the BBC's Laura Keunssberg Tuesday's planned Brexit vote will be delayed.
There is not yet any official confirmation of the move.
Downing Street had been insisting the vote would go ahead, despite Mrs. May being widely expected to lose it.....

Double pump head fake.
“Democracy” only when it suits your betters.
The Brits have kept their own currency, don’t want EU bureaucrats telling them how to live their daily lives, take away the trade advantages they have with the old British Commonwealth , do not wish to be subjected to the EU’s draconian EPA but definitely want to share in the trade and wealth generated primarily by the German behemoth. In case the world has not noticed, the Germans accomplished with their economy what they could not by force of arms. This time the Brits, as demonstrated by the “ I am no Churchill” Teresa May will surrender.
The UK is not a democracy.
The sovereign is the Crown in Parliament. The referendum was a stupid idea, since the people's only part of sovereignty is electing members in the House of Commons.
Because the idiot Cameron promised a vote, and got an unexpected result, what's going to happen now is the ascent of Jeremy Corbyn to power, which will be a disaster on many fronts.
Occam’s Razor: a referendum is the most accurate poll of all because it represents the greatest sample size.
Poll-worshiping politicians who suddenly ignore polls which represent the path of least resistance obviously have an agenda.
As I understand it, with the current deal UK would have to give the EU about 40 bn Euros in fines/etc. The UK would get control over it’s borders which was the main reason Brexit passed in the first place but Northern Ireland would be in some type of limbo where they were still in the customs union. This would prevent the UK from making any new trade deals with other countries and would keep the UK under the EU laws/rules.
If that’s the case, I’d rather have no-deal if I were a Brit. I’d also tell the EU to come and take their 40 bn Euros if they can because I’m not giving it to them.
Meanwhile, Nigel Farage has plans to start another party. What a fighter.
Not news. Nothing has happened.
same as Mueller and Comey. The citizens voting incorrectly and must be dealt with in order to maintain dignity and Order. FYI to the remainers - neither the us or Great Britain was founded in times of dignity and order. Sort of the point
hasn’t been American federal judge ruled brexit unconstitutional yet? I bet some think they could they could
Take back your borders and immigration decisions. Take back your courts and negotiate trade deals from a position of strength. As long as you are in, Goldman Sachs and the other investment bankers will continue to predict doom and gloom while serving their own interests. Tell the Euros they are SOL as to the 40 billion.
The UK reps have already been busy negotiating in Africa and Asia and now they have egg on their face, telling all these countries that it is all on hold for the moment. The German's still want to sell cars and a whole lot else. Their products will be more expensive under WTO rules so they will be ready to cut a deal once the Brits are OUT.
Ummm, a party WAS formed around that as the main issue. They're the UKIP. In fact, that was their ONLY issue. They didn't win any seats in parliment but they pressured the "major" parties to act on the issue, and the result was Brexit.
Did Greece ever pay off its blood geld To Germany? I think they’ll get over it. It’s not about money it’s about maintaining ingrowing their empire.
The UKIP was formed more than 20 years ago in opposition to the EU. However, the EU then when first formed was merely a customs union which IMO is a good thing. It has now become an extra government that makes laws and has courts that override the sovereignty of it’s members. That did not exist at first. The breaking point in the UK was the unbridled immigration from the middle east rammed through by Germany and Angela Merkel. That is when this movement began and that is of what I speak, a party being formed around that issue or the Tory’s adopting it as part of their platform and standing for election.
The problem was that not enough Torries believed in it and the UKIP was not large enough. Perhaps over time UKIP could have grown to be large enough to have a large say in the formation of the government. This is the problem IMO of the parliamentary form of government. They win elections by plurality, not majority. They then form coalitions around that to govern after the vote. In America we form the coalitions within the two party system before the vote and then win a majority.
As I said previously I don’t like referendums and there are other ways to deal with it. I think if they would have allowed the parliamentary democracy to work, the requisite mandate for this would have happened without the referendum.
