Earth is going to get hit by a Comet again?
Maybe it will land on Seattle and we can be done with these nuts.

The buffoonery that passes for a university professor ‘pseudo-scientist’ these days seems to be willing to overlook a lot of things to push an agenda based on fiction and models. Suhprize suhprize..

Agenda Uber Alles.

“we have no reason to think it wouldn’t cause a similar type of extinction,”

These “scientists” have given up on anything actually scientific.

they see frightening parallels in the path our planet is on today... Models of the effects of volcanic greenhouse-gas releases showed the earth warming dramatically and oxygen disappearing from its oceans, leaving many marine animals unable to breathe.

Yes, frightening perfect parallels. I look out my window right now and see animals falling dead to the ground, unable to breath. The oceans are full of asphyxiated marine life bobbing on the surface as far as the eye can see.

Oh wait, none of that is happening. Yet, it's exactly the same.

Wow, so much to mock in this anti-science propaganda.

1. They claim rising CO2 caused an extinction event and it was due to natural causes, but rising CO2 now is not. And the science that supports this is??

2. Use of non-validated models? Does not get more anti-science than this nonsense. Use of non-validated models equals no information about anything regardless of what the model says.

3. And the definite science on extinction events is? Oh, they are still theories or hypotheses? So we have a hypothesis, an unvalidated model, unexplained naturally occurring CO2 equals humans are baaaddd.

The Rat party hates STEM, is anti-science and anti-religion, but is pro-witch and pro-communist. Both of which are provable nonsense.

The conditions are that the Earth is hurtling though space and there are asteroids and comets floating around in our path.

Where do they get these idiots? How much formal education do you need to get that stupid?

So how long is this gonna take? Will we all die a quick death, a slow death or will we adapt?
Me I figure I’ll just adjust my thermostat as needed.

More than two-thirds of life on earth died off some 252 million years ago,

And unicorns fly out of Bill Nye's butt.

Yeah, but we have trouble getting the numbers correct after a natural disaster. So exactly how does he come up with this claim? Also, man was not the cause of that occurrence, if it actually happened, and won't be if his warning proves correct. Needless to say, I am highly skeptical of his "models" just as I am of all the other "models" that have proven themselves to be as wrong as can be. Yawn.

If humans continue to pump greenhouse gases at our current rate, “we have no reason to think it wouldn’t cause a similar type of extinction,"

Aye, it's fooked that we are.
Let's have a drink and grill up all the meat then.

“Grad students, today’s assignment is to design a model for global extinction using only today’s temperature, humidity and pressure as inputs. Then retroactively correlate it to yield a similar extinction climate 252 million years ago.”

The I-am-God complex these atheists exhibit is what is frightening. Humans on Earth are said to be able to destroy all living organisms. We have been told WE are affecting conditions on other planets. That there is any reportage about this in any media is evidence of their complicity in the scam.

These so called scientists are missing a rather important piece of information: There is not enough combustible carbon left on Earth to cause that much of a greenhouse effect. It has almost all* been bound up in carbonaceous rocks*, most not easily combustible (such as limestone), a trend that appears to have accelerated with the rise of the Himalayas. (If any reader is not aware - unlikely? — The Earth has been in a long term cooling trend and Ice Age punctuated by brief “interglacials”, ever since the Himalayan Plateau made its rise.)

*The small amount of carbon left over shows up as CO2 in the atmosphere, and combustibles such as life, oil, tar, peat, and coal.

Some sort of repeat tremendous volcanic event could perhaps release enough CO2 to drive temperatures up to “life negative” levels. Humans don’t have the capacity - at least not at present.

If an extinction event is going to happen, then all of these Man-made Global Warming hoaxters should get ahead of the game and extinct themselves now.
