Detroit rocker Kid Rock has been removed from his position as grand marshal of the Nashville Christmas parade after calling Joy Behar a “bitch” on Fox News Friday.
During an appearance on Fox & Friends, Kid Rock said, “We can disagree and still be cordial with one another and just talk about things without going for each others throats and protesting everything. God forbid you say something a little bit wrong you’re racist, homophobic, Islamophobic.”
“People need to calm down, a get a little less politically correct, and, I would say, love everybody. Except, I’d say screw that Joy Behar bi*ch, everybody but that,” the 47-year-old said.

You couldn’t speak like that in the better days of the ‘50s. No way that would appear on TV; the news networks themselves would cut it. Let’s get real - we’ve become hugely coarse and low-class in our every-day lives and it’s both reflected and promulgated by the media e.g., TV. My parents would never speak this way, hardly in “real life” much less from a bully pulpit seen by millions.

Yep, I saw that. The Fox News people fell all over themselves apologizing. I thought Steve Doocy was going to soil himself. BTW - whatever happened to the seven-second delay? We need it now more than ever.

Nope, you are only contributing to the downfall of the culture at large. Children do not need to hear the hostility (which is really why these words are bad - they are fightin’ words; I know they make me angry). People do not need to keep using these words in every-day discourse, which is becoming the norm (I will not sit in our “college” cafe anymore, being surrounded by foul fightin’ words constantly; in that same college years ago my pals and I did NOT speak like that out in the open). It’s gotten ridiculous - every other word is “f” and occasionally a “b” and “s”. It’s STUPID, never mind hostile.
If anything, the left is consistent in their skullduggery. You can never accuse them of being fair, honest or ethical and also be factual about it.
Thats the mildest word Id use to describe Behar.

Fox News comes off looking worse than anyone else in this. They put Kid Rock on the air, and then get offended when he acts like anyone who knows Kid Rock would have expected him to act. I mean — this is KID ROCK they put on the air, not Taylor Swift.
