By far, most anti-semitic attacks in this country are perpetrated by black people who hate Jews. Most of those attacks are in the inner cities and ignored as just "blacks being blacks".

There is no clarification on what constituted a “hate crime”.
Of course the article trots out a leftist to blather that these numbers are a gross undercount, and that a hundred thousand hate crimes go unreported (he doesn’t mean those against whites). His basis? He don’t need no stinkin’ basis...
