Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) said it is "stunning" to see the disparate way the FBI handling the Hillary Clinton investigation and the probe into the Trump presidential campaign. Goodlatte appeared on FOX News' Sunday Morning Futures with host Maria Bartiromo.

Goodlatte said he is scheduling the interview of people like former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former FBI director James Comey, former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, Nellie Ohr, Glenn Simpson and others.

Goodlatte said if they don't appear voluntarily he would subpoena them.
