What big tech has done to conservative and other undesirable publishers is nothing short of a digital Kristallnacht. Andrew Marchs, filmmaker
On Tuesday night, after the votes were counted, Democrats took control of the US House of Representatives.
wealthy suburban voters and women are being credited for the win.
At least 35 Republican lawmakers lost their seats on Tuesday night.
Democrats have a huge advantage over Republicans with their partners in the media complex, Hollywood, and academia.
And, unlike 2016, this year Democrats can also can give a huge amount of credit to Tech giants Google, Facebook and Twitter.
Suburban voters and women no longer were reading conservative articles on Facebook. Facebook eliminated at least 1.5 billion links to conservative articles since 2017. If you add additional websites like The Gateway Pundit, Infowars, Young Cons, Right Wing News, etc. the number tops 2 billion easy. And it likely made a difference on Tuesday night. 80% of women age 18-49 have Facebook accounts. These are the women who get their news from Facebook. Facebook knows this and eliminated conservative content on their platform so their would be no repeat of 2016.

DemNazi America!
Why in hell are any conservatives still on Facebook??????
Obama set all that up with that special meeting.
The question is: what can be done to em?
Fitting...
Tonight is the 80th anniversary of Kristallnacht
Except for a couple of local candidates, I did not get ONE conservative ad in my feed for 2-3 weeks. Daily I was doused with commie crap.
BTW the FL DMV computer was hacked as well!
Unable to get vehicle Titles!
Would this indicate hack problem with election as well?
Who can we notify about DMV FL computer hack?
Anybody who relies on FB for their news has to check it for accuracy 99.9% of the time.
I prefer getting my news from here.
Don’t use Facebook; never did, never will. If more people dropped their Facebook account, they would neuter Zuckerberg’s insane influence in our country’s affairs.
Trump HAS to do something about this or we’re toast.
Break them up NOW!
Is FR still a conservative site? You want the government - i.e., President Trump - to do something about this? How about you and I create something so compelling that a billion people use it daily? Let’s get busy. Those sites don’t create themselves.
Because it’s good for business. Except when it isn’t.
It’s essentially a public utility. Why are conservatives on city water, or using the phone lines, or using any public utility? Because it’s something we use for business, for our homes.
Sadly, there is no equivalent to it yet.
but so many live on short blurbs on the news, on farcebook, etc.....that’s how they get their news.....its not deep thinking but that is our present and future culture...not very bright people with critical thinking skills.
I don’t even SEE the ads on Facebook...I mean...I ignore them, and literally don’t see them. BUT, for the naive I guess they could be effective. In my county, conservatives do a lot of work (in private FB pages).
I realize that.
I’ve had many friends post “news” and when I’ve researched, found it was fake news and pointed it out.
I just don’t trust FB and some of my friends are pretty ignorant and fall for the fakery.
Thanks for that. I’ve never been on Facebook so I don’t have the perspective you do.
Do you foresee a conservative equivalent coming along?
It's chilling to watch, in retrospect.
We can see that the conspiracy worked, after Tuesday. And the open sedition is ongoing...
McClure: "We [Silicon Valley] provide communications platforms for the rest of the country, and we are allowing s**t to happen..."
"...It's our duty and our responsibility as entrepreneurs, as citizens of the f**king world, to make sure that s**t does not happen [people like Trump taking office]..."
A lot of people dont have the time to sit around reading FR for hours. And no they dont read FB for hours. Peopke work, have kids, responsibilities, and for the mushy middle, theyve probably never heard of FR. I agree that FB and Twitter are now more like public utilities than like a private corporation. But they want it both ways.
