“Bet a broken rib doesn’t hurt as much as a late term abortion.”

My thoughts exactly...

She could well pull through this and return to the court, but I doubt she will make it to the next president despite her obvious desire to do so. I do know one thing, her replacement’s confirmation hearings will make Kavanaugh’s look like a veritable love fest.

Had them done in July. I’ve been able to get back to golfing and square-dancing. Had to give up playing catcher in softball. All-in-all, the best I’ve felt in several years ... thanks.

I feel sorry for her. I broke a couple ribs when I was about 50, and it was the most painful thing I have ever experienced.

Her law clerks are all OK.

She's just a place-holder for them - if she's alive at all...   thinking face

SC Justices should have one 18 year term. That is long enough. Replace one every 2 years.

Here we go...

RNC and the Senatorial Election mob had better get their asses out to Florida and Arizona tout suite and stay there until Scott and McSally are in office.

Oh, and after the job is done, get their asses down to Mississippi and stay THERE until Hyde-Smith is in office.

Amy Coney Barrett isn't getting confirmed with only 53 GOP Senators.

I visited dozen of seniors in hospitals and nursing homes for end of life legal matters. I can’t tell you how many of them started with the same sort of fall.

“Oh, Fred and I were doing fine until he slipped on the garage floor and broke his collarbone. That was the first time he went into the hospital before they had to re-admit him because of the mrsa.”

Refraining from saying anything negative...

I hope she can get the only the best medical care that hospice can provide.

I wonder if Trump will use this to control the house - I will pick a left leaner (Garland?), if you behave... or, will he not trust them and just bull ahead and go with Amy Barrett?

I hope he goes with Amy.

Why is that important? When it happened to me, I was planting flowers, tripped over a shovel, and landed on concrete.
