As a Jew who attends synagogue every Shabbat, and as an advocate for the carrying of concealed weapons, I fervently pray we will not need armed guards at American synagogues. America's uniqueness has been exemplified by the fact that Jews do not need armed guards in their synagogues.
May it always be so.
Even if you don't love Jews -- if you only love America -- you need to fight anti-Semites. As the Jews go, so goes the fate of the nation in which they live.

Most Synagogues have had security for two to three decades. Every entrance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no. Even large, affluent congregations usually have a financial problem with that. As to your opinion that Jews are dull, it's just that, your opinion.
Did you know in the Seattle attack the jury hung in the first trial, he would have walked. While waiting for his second trial moron not only confessed but justified it to his mom and implied he’d do it again. Dummy didn’t realize jail visitor conversations could be recorded. Jews need to spend a little time reading the book of Esther. They might find a 2nd Amendment kind of surprize ending.
The fate of the United States depends on how it treats its White (for now) majority. A United States of America without White people (or where they are a minority) is Latin America.
A nation’s faith does not depend on how it treats Jews; Jewish fate depends on how the majority feel about them. The non-White (soon to be) majority does not particularly care about (or care for) Jews. They do not care about Israel. They feel no guilt over the Holocaust, pogroms, or any other such events. The Jews who support displacement level immigration, who attack White nationalists, who compare Trump to Hitler and ordinary Trump supporters to Nazis might want to consider their own well being. If walls and deportation of migrants (’infiltrators’ as described there) are good for Israel perhaps they are good for the other nations that Jews reside in.

The guy who shot all those people was obsessing and full of hate.....probably because of the lifestyle he lived....he chose his target to unload that hate on and fed it daily.
Hatred at the depth he has will always find an outlet to feed itself....he could have chosen any assortment of nationalities or religious organizations to unload his rage on....the fact is he wanted to kill people....and that’s the it of it.
It’s always important to note ‘who’ Jesus was speaking to.....in your references it was against the ‘Jewish leadership’...not the Jewish nation body. The people He preached to and taught.
Also recall that Ezekiel cried out asking God, “Ah, Lord God! Will You make a complete end of the remnant of Israel?” (Ezekiel 11:12)....... God responded by ‘promising’ a day of restoration, even though they are judged, they will be restored, God will bring them back to the land and put a “New Spirit in them”, they will be given a “heart of flesh”, they will then be “my people”.
Even though the events seem bleak at times for the nation, God is not done with Israel, they will be restored.
The reference to “dullness’ is intended for those who don’t think their Synagogues need protection in Pittsburgh...they do.
I live near Pittsburgh and very familiar with Squirrel Hill and the Synagogue since family lived there quite awhile...it’s all thae favorable things you hear about it now....But anyone could walk in there at any time outside of special high events....and this Synagogue is quite an active one at pretty much any time.
Their history throughout the Bible should be clear about protecting themselves. So should common sense in the world today.
Heck where I live is about as secure as any but that does not stop crime...it still happens. However it was not until the last few years I began carrying protection for myself when out and about. Heck malls aren’t safe anymore! Anywhere where groups of people gather can be a target today for all the nutcases out there that sit behind computers feeding their obsessions and rage.

Let's see who Jesus says are "his people".
Here in Matthew 21 Jesus prophesies the explusion from the Kingdom of God the Christ-rejecting Jew:
42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? 43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. (Matthew 21:42-43)
Peter, after the establishment of the New Covenant in Christ's blood, confirms this:
6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded. 7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, 8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. The same imagery -- the chief corner stone being Christ who is also the rock of offense and stumblying to the disobedient.
The people of God are believers, not unbelievers.
God has opened the gospel to all and stands ready to receive all who believe.
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:11-13)
Yeah, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz has American Indian genetic material (as I do), but that doesn't make her (or me) an Indian. I'm sure I have Jewish genetic material, but that doesn't make me a member of any one (or more) tribe. Jesus explained in John Chapter 8 that just because some Jews were descendants of Abraham that did not make them "children". Paul in Romans 9 explains this at length.
As I indicated in my previous post, Ephesians Chapter 2 has something remarkable to say about who is a citizen of the commonwealth of Israel. I give it in its entirety.

Faithful Old and New Covenant believers are fellowcitizens of the commonwealth of Israel. The centrality of Jesus is remarkable and essential. We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus himself the chief corner stone.

The ‘eternal’ promises that God made to the nation Israel that Israel will repent and acknowledge Christ as their Savior, that they will serve God, and they will be protected by God and this — exactly as Revelation says they will -
